NARRATIVE REPORT ON EDUCATIONAL TOUR

February 13-15, 2020

Talikud Island.

Introduction

As part of the curriculum, the 3rd year BEED, and BSCRIM students are expected to
initiate an Educational tour on a specified destination and be out of school for almost half
week. We the third year students were out of town and been in Davao City for 3 days.

We headed to Davao City last February 13 th, 2020, and arrived there nearly 10am. On
the same day, our teacher cancelled our 1 st destination due to some event happened in
University Of Mindanao, after we had our first visit in Museo Dabawenyo. we manage to know
the Historical Background, and the 1 st Indigenous people of Davao City and how they manage
to protect there land and people against the subjugators. After we had lunch at Mang Inasal,
inside SM Ecoland, we went to Sangguniang Panlunsod ng Davaw and saw the Monument of
the 1st Heroes of Davao, inside we visit the Davao City Library and Information Center. After
that, we went to our next destination and spend the night in Outland Adventures. Because of
the traffic we arrived almost 6 o’clock of the evening, and have our late dinner and after we
sleep.

February 14, 2020 morning, 2 nd day of the Educational Tour after eating our breakfast.
We prepared to our activity which is the surviving the obstacles. We divided into 4 groups team
building, we’ve encountered our weaknesses from the low element and fear of high. After
surviving to our fears and weaknesses. On that the same day, we had head to our 3 rd
destination in the Kaputian Beach Resort at Samal Island, we travel through barge in a rainy
bad weather and we arrived at night. After, we had our dinner then at Kaputian Resort. We
spend our last night in that resort.

February 15, 2020, the last day of our Educational Tour. In that day we went to our last
activity traveling through passenger boat and spin around Talikud Island. We explore some of
the tourist destination such as, coral garden and other. After more than 3 hours, we leave the
island with the happiest memory and learning the deferent places and resort’s to visit. After
eating our lunch in the resort, we prepare for our travel homeward to our home.

 DEDICATION

I dedicate this report of participation to the educational tour at Davao City. This is for
my classmates, friends and family. And to my Ate’s Samraida A. Indigay, Shoraida A. Datukali,
and Zenraida A. Salendab, thanks for the support that you give to me for my study, also for the

 REFLECTION

The 3 rd year Education had there Educational Tour at Davao City, and I ‘am also one of
the student who come along. February 13, 2020, the day when we travel going to Davao City,
it is rainy morning when we leaved the HDSPFCI. After that we’ve been through our way
traveling, some of my classmate puke inside the van because they feeling dizzy and after long
travel we stop over at Tabing Dagat, Santa Cruz. We take a picture and inhaling the fresh air
coming from the sea. After that, we travel and go to our 1 st destination and that is University Of
Mindanao, but suddenly due to some important event in that day so it is cancelled. And
because of that our teacher plan to get through in the Museo Dabawenyo, we manage to learn
more about the story of Davao to its cultural and tribes. Then after, we go to Museo
Davawenyo, and we had lunch at Mang Inasal inside SM Ecoland. We leave SM Ecoland and
going to our next stop at Sanggunian Panglunsod ng Davaw. In that area we visit the city
library and learning the some important about how the community work together and how the
mobile library help some poor areas with the student in the public school. After visiting the city
library, we went through our next destination and that is in the outland adventure and spend

our home. In this educational tour, traveling in a long way is so exhausting and because of that
I felt so tired but I enjoy everything with my new friend. Almost a week that I felt sickness it is
because of the tired. Thank you!
