Manage multiple training programs for marketing and sales staff ensuring that all necessary training content is
accurate, approved, meets the training needs of sales staff and is in accordance with regulations and best practice
standards.

interpreted appropriately and incorporated into training programs.
Evaluate and manage the performance and development of sales trainers. Provide continuous assessment with
timely written goals and evaluations, individualized coaching and developmental planning. Maintain accurate
details of individual trainer goals and developmental activities and initiates progressive disciplinary
action/termination when necessary. Write and deliver yearly performance evaluations.
Assist the Director of Sales Training, as needed, with operational, corporate, and sales training reports, analysis,
strategy, logistics and planning. Represent the department
