 Manage multiple training programs for marketing and sales staff ensuring that all necessary training content is
accurate, approved, meets the training needs of sales staff and is in accordance with regulations and best practice
standards.
 Develop deep knowledge and expertise across all products/plans and review, evaluate and update training
programs.

 Oversee the development of needs assessments, program testing, and evaluations.
 Oversee the development and design of Training materials such as training manuals and presentations, leader and

 Develop a monthly training calendar, appointing staff trainers at various training locations.
 Develop working relationships with multiple staff at all levels and across departments such as enrollment, product
management, and regulatory compliance to ensure benefit, process and procedural changes are understood,
interpreted appropriately and incorporated into training programs.
 Evaluate and manage the performance and development of sales trainers. Provide continuous assessment with
timely written goals and evaluations, individualized coaching and developmental planning. Maintain accurate
details of individual trainer goals and developmental activities and initiates progressive disciplinary
action/termination when necessary. Write and deliver yearly performance evaluations.
 Assist the Director of Sales Training, as needed, with operational, corporate, and sales training reports, analysis,
strategy, logistics and planning. Represent the department
