Bobcat Online Parts Catalogue
Introduction
Welcome
Welcome to the Bobcat’s Online Parts Catalog (OPC). OPC provides the ability to search through all of Bobcat’s
parts catalogs to locate parts information in a quick and easy manner. The application also contains information
to Bobcat’s part availability, pricing and support documents including Installation Instructions, Bobcat Technical
Information documents and Service Letters. OPC is available to both Bobcat dealers through “DoosanShop
Objective
The purpose of this manual is to provide details on how best to utilize the OPC application to quickly identify the
desired part information to support Bobcat equipment. This document provides the best approach
recommended to search and navigate the OPC application.
Recommendations
Bobcat strongly recommends whenever looking up parts information for a specific machine or attachment to have
the machine serial number available to ensure the most accurate information for the desired product.
Browser Compatibility
OPC has been configured to work with most modern browsers. For best results Chrome or Firefox are
recommended.
Support
To request access to the system or to modify system privileges, please contact your Dealer Administrator.

Welcome into the Bobcat Online Parts Catalogue
The OPC
application
opens.
Home Screen, it consists of 4 main parts.
3. OPC Main Toolbar -- Consists of three fields, Select a Product, Search and Settings.
4. OPC Functional Tabs – Navigate between the Catalog View, Search Results, Pick List and
Recently Viewed.
Table of Contents ( TOC )
The TOC is broken down into the following category structure for most models:
Loaders and Excavators have an extra category level between the Product Type
and the Model to limit the amount of scrolling. This level uses the first character of
each model name to create groups.
For example:
Product Type Model Model
Grouping
1. Select a Product
2. Search
3. Settings
1. Select a Product
The “Select a Product” field allows the user to enter a machine serial number or to
select a specific model number to navigate to it. Click the down arrow to
choose between serial number entry or model number entry. Both functions are
available for use from anywhere in the system to navigate directly to the entered
serial number or the selected model number
OPC Main Toolbar – Select a product – Serial Number
Serial Number - When a Serial Number is entered OPC will navigate the user to the
correct parts catalog for the entered serial number. Serial Number entry requires a full serial
number be entered and will not allow a partial serial number entry. Please note that serial
number entry is only valid for machine carriers and not for attachments. Use the “Model
Number” selection to navigate to a specific Attachment product.
Example of search for Serial Number - B3CA11679
The user will be directed to the catalog containing the parts information for the desired
Serial Number. At this point the user can start searching the catalog for the desired
information. All illustrations contained in this catalog are displayed in order on the right.
Note: The Serial Number selection will bring you to the correct parts catalog for the
serial number entered. The catalog still may contain serial number break information
throughout the catalog at both the illustration and the reference level. Please review
this information closely.
OPC Main Toolbar – Select a product – Model Number
Model Number - The “Model Number” field offers a complete list of all models
included in the system. The list can be navigated by either typing the desired model
number or by scrolling through the list to locate the desired model. Attachments are
listed at the bottom of the list as the Attachment product type and not by the actual
Attachment model number.
Example of Model Number entry- Snowblower
2. Search
The search field allows the ability to perform various types of search functions
within the OPC application. The search field will perform a wildcard search by
default. There are three search functions (All, Model Used On and Document
Search) that are available from anywhere in the application. In addition, as a user
navigates to lower levels in the Table of Contents additional search functions are
offered at the family level, model level and the serial number (Catalog) level. Click
the icon in the search field to select the specific level to search
Note: for best performance and to minimize the number of results it is best to
navigate to the lowest level possible before searching. This can be done by
using the “Select a Product” field by entering a serial number or choosing the
desired model.
