After a few weeks' break, we are back with a new With the new drawings that we designed as a plug-in,
project. In this video, we will try to make a simple cnc it will be quite simple to use cnc. All you have to do is
machine with you. “ A SIMPLE HOMEMADE TRIPLE remove the parts we share in the video description
MACHINE “. With this cnc machine you will be able from your 3d printer and provide the necessary
to do 3 different jobs. materials. Our design is quite simple. No
unnecessary material. No unnecessary wires.
-Engraving with Dremel, our design is quite simple. No unnecessary material.
No unnecessary wires. In our video, we tried to show
-Laser cutting how to do our cnc machine in the finest detail. We
went step by step.

Hi everyone,
If you have decided to build a CNC Machine, you are right place. But to build, you will need some equipments and
materials. So, ask is coming for you. What we need ?
1 - Mechanical Parts
2 - 3D Printable Parts
3 - Electronic Parts
As you can see in pictures, we need some M3 , M4, M53 M8, M10
mechanical materials. And you can find detail list in
below = STEPPING MOTORS =
M8 - 12 CM * 1 = RULMANS =
M8 - 44 CM * 3 608ZZ BEARING * 3
M8 - 50 CM * 4 M6 , M4, M3
M8 - 40 CM * 2 = WOODS =
M8 - 10 CM * 2 60 CM * 40 CM WOOD
= NUTS = 52 CM * 35 CM WOOD
we designed some 3d parts. They were drawn on solidworks. And printed with Prusa i3 3D Printer. We added on
last steps STL files for your printer. You can find them there.
- Arduino Uno * 1
- BDX53 * 1
- Fan
if you want to watch 3D animation you can click below video. Will start directly 3D animation time laps.

Firstly we will built first floor. We need some materials in pictures. We plug 3d wood parts on wood table. Put shaft
and tijs to hole on parts. You can see on pic "how?" or watch our video tutorials
timeline is 04:26
We designed a header. This header will hold 3 different head for Dremel, Laser and Pencil. What do you need ? in
pics. Quite simple design. How to built ? Check pics or video tutorial
And now we are building last floor. We are getting second wood and screws.
As you can see in pics. We need again some equipments. Arduino Uno, CNC Shield, A4988, A switching circuit
and a fan. Now go to step...
We are using simple a circuit. No more wire, no complex. Will using A4988 motor driver for Nema 17. And added a
little circuit for switching for Z axis. You can watch our Part 2 video about Electronic Part.
We have done our project. And now we will try a sample. And RESULTS....
You will find necessary files for this TRIPLE CNC Cnc arduino box stl files for 3d printer -
MACHINE project on this step. You can find all files http://bit.ly/2VXyULA
below links for downloads.
Great tutorial. I am printing parts. But I am more interested in CNC version. Is there tutorial how to
make it (especially electronics) and sofware .
you can buy on amazon or aliexpress
Hi Steinzel, Because z axis is giving out just +5V. But we are using a +12 V laser. So we need 12
v for our laser. This switching circuit is giving for laser to 12 V ...
Thanks!
Hello ,thank you for your great project and thank you for your simple explain. Please I need also
STL files for the pen holder.Best Regards.
hello I am committed to building this machine I bought all the parts and pieces, printed everything
but there is one thing that you forgot in your printing STL files there is no pen or pencil holder
available to print have searched everywhere not there please if you would send to me the STL files
for the pen holder h r l y r d r79 at yahoo.com thank you by the way love the machine can't wait to
get it done and working have a great day
Is $100 the cost for all new parts? If so, that's an amazing price...
M6 = 6mm
M4 = 18mm
M3 = 39mm?
no , just all m3 are 6, 18, 39
That is a cute machine. I have been thinking about building a CNC router, but I don't work with
wood much any more. I did look for a blue laser and a quick search showed them ALL over $100.
We did build a 4'x9' (you guys without a flag on the moon will have to whip out a calculator to figure
out how big that is) CNC plasma cutter.
Hi CPUDOCTHE1.
Nice work. Thanks for waching us...
Hi, fantastic design. I have two notes to describe, HEX-file download for Arduino does not work.
Second note, you need description of pin-pin connections, the drawings
are not precise and I do not know how the laser is connected. Instead of a pin-pin description,
there can be an electric scheme.
You can install hex file with xloader program in arduino. You can watch the video.
Hi figorra,
thanks you so much for great words...
Cute design, but you're going to see major issues with backlash with common dollar store
aluminum thread rod.
Great starter unit though if you're not into precision.
I re-read what I've written and I hope it doesn't come across as offensive. It's not meant to be. It's
just advice for those who might misunderstand and build this thinking they're going to get a device
with the precision of a high end unit. It's really a great ible for a home built hobby unit, or for small
home based jobs.
Thanks.
Hi tercero, thanks for your comment...
