Treasurer

Engineer Frederick Francis M. Sison is a Structural, Civil

and Geotechnical Engineer and serves as a Consultant to numerous
projects and organizations. He is also a lecturer at De La Salle
University’s College of Engineering and a former senior lecturer at
the UP Institute of Civil Engineering (UP-ICE) in Diliman.

He received from the University of the Philippines in 2000, his

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree, and in 2006, his
Master of Civil Engineering, Major in Geotechnical Engineering.
He placed 13th in the 2001 PRC Civil Engineering Board Examination.

He was the overall chairman of the 6th Asia Conference on Earthquake Engineering

Engineering Students Alumni; and a former president of the Philippine Institute of Civil
