    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    We, LOGAN G. SONGALIA, married to Anna D. Songalia, and LIAM G.


    SONGALIA, single, both of legal ages, and with residence and postal address at
    #17 E. Rafols St, Tunga-tunga, Maasin City, do hereby name, constitute and
    appoint MITCH T. GACUS, Filipino, of legal age, single and with residence at
    Sun Alley, V&G Subdivision, Tacloban City, to be our true and lawful attorney for
    and in our name, place and stead, to do the following acts and things, to wit:

    1. To sell our parcel of land in Pinalangga, Marabut, Samar, described


    in Tax Declaration No. 12-34567-00089 of Marabut, Samar;

    2. To sign the Deed of Sale in favor of the Buyer;

    3. To receive the proceeds of the aforementioned transaction.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney, full power and
    authority to carry effect the foregoing authorities mentioned above, or fully to all
    intents and purpose or we might or could lawfully do if personally present with full
    power of substitution and revocation and hereby confirming all that our said
    attorney or her substitute shall lawfully door cause to be done by virtue hereof.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 9th day of
    May 2020 at Tacloban City, Philippines.
