ACTIVITY
“The Fruit and the Worm”
Instruction:
1. If you were a fruit, what kind of fruit would you be? You can be a mango, apple, orange,
grapes, or any fruit that you like most. Draw that fruit in your bond paper.
2. Think of the stressors that you usually encounter. For each stressor, draw one worm
around the fruit. Now, illustrate the same fruit with worms inside. How does it look?
3. Look at the worms that you have drawn. When you encounter such stressors, how do you
respond or cope with them?
ANALYSIS
1. How stress can affect your appearances?
2. What are the common symptoms of stress?
3. Why do we need to handle these stressors?
4. What are the factors that will help you to overcome stress?
ABSTRACTION
Cognitive, emotional, physical, and behavioural symptoms of stress.
Tips to improve your time management skills:
1. Monitoring your time.
2. Plan your activities using a schedule, and protect it as much as you protect your
goals.
3. Increase your efficiency so that you finish your tasks in less time.
4. Tackle one task at a time so that you do not get overwhelmed.
5. Group similar task together so that the fluidity of doing so facilities efficiency.
6. Make use of your down time.
