manufacturing, supplying and exporting of high quality garments. Our Company
are ready to export top quality Garments around the World. On a regular basis
we are preparing ourselves for exporting basic & fashionable knit items for
Men’s, Ladies and Children’s to France, Germany, Poland, Italy, Czech Republic.

Worker’s Welfare
Besides paying a “living wage” which is substantially higher than the legal minimum, we support its
employees by setting up welfare facilities like medical center, day-care center & canteen.

The result is industry –low turnover rate in its workforce. Properly equipped with a team of full-time
doctor & nurse, its medical unit expands consultation & medication to worker’s general health care
requirements. It also bears full expenses of treatment of any injuries incurred in working hours.

In base day care center is not mere compliance with legal requirement rather a pride-taking facility to
take care & entertain children of working mothers. Specious highly hygienic properly furnished &
supervised by trained personnel these day care center comfort working mother by ensuring quality
time for their children.

Moreover, adequate & facilitated arrangement of canteen, safe drinking waters & hygienic lavatories
make a good place to work.

To assist workers financially in their emergency we have created a fund which extends interest-free
loan.

Transportation is more essential to perform on time duty every day in this regard we are arranged two
or three free bus service every working day in two term come factory & back to home. Free
transportation service will be continue & if require we arrange or hire more bus service.

We have contract with Care General Hospital to serve our employees 24 hours service & medical
treatment including transportation facilities.

Trouser, Boxer, Night Zip, Leggings, Tank Top & all others knitted Garments. Ours product range
covers basic & polo shirt, sweat shirt, as well as men’s kids & ladies knitwear garments.

Following the dictate of the fashion trend we have improvised its technologies broadened its raw-
materials sources & trained its workforce.

The result is superior garments, which offer consumers variety in terms of materials, forms, style &
ultimately the superior experience. As an instance we produced knitwear using fabrics like Viscose,
Viscose Lycra, Suplex, Coolmax, 100% polyester & cotton Lycra , Core Spun Fabrics those are some of

Knitting Unit
Our knitting unit has an array of latest, computer controlled knitting machines from
reputed international brands. There are knit interlocks, ribs and jerseys in any pattern

Quality Assurance

At Kazi Attires Limited All processes and procedures are permanently monitored to
guarantee quality of garments. The quality control starts from the purchase of yarn. Before
bulk production starts, the yarn is first tested in laboratory and then on sample fabrics
production.

We try to monitor all knitting with our expert knitting quality, so that we can control the loop
length, defaults and avoid yarn lot mixing. All Geiger rolls are being inspected before storing
them in our warehouse.

During the dyeing process, all dyed batches of fabrics are tested for color variation, GSM,
Color fastness, Light fastness, Perspiration and Rubbing fastness in our own lab.

During the garments production, quality is being checked from the cutting of fabrics to the
packing of garments. Quality inspectors are checking the cutting patterns and the bundles of
cut pieces. All sewing production is constantly being monitored in line, and we have a 100%
checking system at end of each line. In the packing department we have inspector to the
random checking of quality.

Furthermore to the regular quality control execution in every section, we have a separate audit
team, who is checking permanently whether all the procedures are being followed accurately
or not.

Code of Conduct

For the safety and social commitment to the worker, we employed 2 Management
Representative to ensure that the working conditions at our premises are according to
human right, local laws, Labor Rules, ILO conventions and our personal social
engagements.

Kazi Attires Limited believes that the best person for the job should get the job and
that a person gets paid based on his performance, without any kind of discrimination.
No persons under the age of 16 are employed at the premises and our in-house doctor is
examining all workers regularly. Every floor has one two exits and all exits are kept
open during the working hours. Adequate fire-fighting equipment are placed through

the entire floor and a fire fighting team is trained for a permanent basis to face the
emergency. On every floor first aid is available. Enough drinking water facility is
available for all workers in each floor and the water is being tested on a regular basis. All
workers have the right to form their own welfare organization. And they have the right to meet the
top managements for their right.
