1.

Someone tells you the best way to make the most of days hours and
minutes is to not Focus on things that get you nowhere but Things
that make you successful. What do Humans consider to be
succeeded?

Following things need to be considered.

i. Figure out your life values (non-negotiables).
You'd be surprised at how few people take the time to sit down and
define their life values. As you move through life, you may find your
interests changing, but your values generally stay the same and they
will guide you in every aspect of your life. These are what you should
consider your non-negotiables, and with them, you'll always have a
sense of direction and purpose.
ii. Live your life deliberately
The world is going to weigh you down with decisions that you'll have to
make every single day. Life is a series of trade-offs and opportunity
costs and no matter what you choose, make sure that you are living
your own life deliberately. Don't let other people tell you what you
should think or what you should do.
iii. Always be curious, but translate that curiosity into self-
improvement
Keep an open mind and don't be afraid to ask questions. At the same
time, learn how to execute on that curiosity so that you can internalize
what's important and self-improve over time.
iv. Stay healthy
This is self-explanatory. Exercise frequently and eat well. You are
what you eat, and a healthy body is a healthy mind. It doesn't matter
how successful you are if you aren't healthy. As the Dalai Lama says:
"Man surprised me most about humanity. Because he sacrifices his
health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate
his health."
v. Be present and enjoy the now
There are way too many distractions in this world and your mind will
always race to figure out the next thing to do. But every now and then,
get off everything, and enjoy being alive.

Above all, you have one life, so live a life you will remember. Don't save
anything for the swim back.
2. The statement, a job doesn’t make you a Better person it’s the means
to a better life. Looking at hat from an hour to hour, day to day,
minute to minute angle. What does that Better life imply?

The better life entails the internal factors in a personal life such as virtues
and happiness. The philosophers have pointed out that the good life is not
about being wealthy but rather being happy and having the moral and
intellectual virtues in life. It has been established that for an individual to
achieve the good life, they must acquire happiness, and this can be achieved
by taking part in the proper activities (not only job) that lead to happiness. In
addition to acquiring happiness in life, the good life can be achieved by one
learning to make their own decisions in life and having the ability to reason.

Yes, mold comes if food is stored in a fridge for long period of time.

cause of food spoilage is mold. Mold is caused by common microbes. The

larger is a larger storage device?
If a regular thumb drive is not sufficient for multiple recordings and

64GB, 128GB etc. (1GB contains almost 1000MBs).

12. When the apartment has scaredy cat maintenance and pest control
what is needed to do this. I’m thinking on buying shades to decrease
the visible terror.

Sanitation habits play a very important roll in preventing and eliminating

pest invaders. Insects and rodents need food, water and shelter to survive
and by eliminating as many of these resources as possible you will be able to
avoid most infestations. In most cases pest infestations can be spotted very
early or prevented all together if sanitation conditions are good.
Keep kitchen area as clean as possible.

• Wash and put away dishes after every use

• Wipe down counter tops to get rid of any little food crumbs
• Rinse and dry sinks every night to eliminate a possible water source
• Empty toaster crumb trays, wipe down appliances
• Thoroughly sweep the floor to get rid of crumbs
• Mop at least once a week to get rid of spilled liquids and food particles
• Either use a trash can with a very tight-fitting lid or take out trash
every night
Get rid of clutter. Unnecessary clutter will provide harborage for
pests.

• Throw away cardboard boxes.

• Eliminate any unneeded papers, put remaining papers in secure
containers.
• Do not to put anything (blankets, clothes, files…) under your bed or
sofa unless it is in a secure (pest resistant) container.
• Get rid of any unused items. (clothes, linens, food items and papers
that are left unchecked for long periods of time may become perfect
hiding or breeding places for pests)

Check for moisture problems periodically. Almost every pest will

need water to sustain itself and all moisture issues should be
addressed right away.

• Fix leaky faucets.

• Check for “sweating pipes”.
• Search for and fix any leaking pipes.
• Check seals around doors and windows for moisture.
