Question: Do you expect to have an international group in the Netherlands, because of the corona limitations?

I was also last years participant. I completely agree with Ning. The three-day learning experience and the possibility to connect with other like-minded people is amazing and also the connection with the mentor. I am still in contact with him today.

It would be nice if Ning could give some insights into the progress and personal experience of executing the project after the preparation. I believe that would be wonderful to see what she has been through so far based on an example. (In case there would be time for that).

Question: How does the online training/coaching look like? Is it individually or as a team? How will it work?
Answer: the online training / coaching will both be individually and as a team. Mid August we will announce the decision re online / offline training.
Coaching: Each participant will have a one on one coaching session (strong focus on the personal development of the participant).
Friendly consulting: Friendly consulting sessions will be organised in groups of four participants (strong focus on the improvement of the impact plan of the participant).
Online training: We are in the midst of preparing ourselves for an online version of the Nudge Global Impact Challenge. The online version of the Challenge will however be closed with a physical get together in the Netherlands in combination with the Nudge Global Impact Awards gala evening.

Question: How much time does it take (per week/month) while doing the program?
Answer: In a non Corona situation: From mid August - end of September, 10 - 15 hours in total (working on your two pre Challenge assignments)
Then the four day learning experience in October (19 - 22 October) in the Netherlands. (four full days and evenings, a life changing pressure cooking programme)
After this, a six month period starts in which you are nudged to realise your impact project. Time spent in this third phase depends on what you need to do to accomplish your project.

Question: What kind of courses do you have during the challenge? What can I expect to learn?
Answer: the programme topics are leadership, sustainability and impact. The programme is a personal development programme. It consists of developing your own sustainability impact plan, increasing your leadership skills in sustainability, personal coaching, friendly consulting, teamwork, systemic change session, workshops on getting your message across, building your team to create impact. Keynote speakers will share the latest insights. Buddies, trainers, sustainability leaders, the Nudge team and alumni will support you. In the end it is all about realising the impact you envision after being strengthened in your personal development as a leader in sustainability.
