DESCRIPTION
In this course, the students should be able to acquire relevant skills, gain
fundamental knowledge and exhibit ethics in the analysis, design,
development, utilization and evaluation of outputs using information
and communication technology systems.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES
1. Explore the fundamental concepts of Information and Communication
Technology (ICT).
2. Be equipped with necessary skills, knowledge and attitude to be more
independent in the exploration of new ICT systems.
3. Exhibit awareness of current changes in ICT landscape and be able to reflect
on the effects of those advancements in their daily lives, their workplace,
and the society.
4. Practice ethical behaviors when using ICT and discuss consequences of
misuse.
5. Discover, attribute and evaluate the validity, relevance, appropriateness and
bias of electronic information sources concerning real-world problems.
6. Select appropriate productivity tools and technology that will aid in learning
and research.
7. Demonstrate basic skill in setting up a computer Grading System
