Interview Rubric

This rubric outlines the criteria for evaluating interview performance across four levels: outstanding, proficient, consolidating, and emerging. For an outstanding performance, the introduction would creatively preview discussion topics and skillfully introduce the interviewee. Questions would be well-informed by context and the initial discussion. A detailed summary would indicate questions asked and answers received, and the conclusion would identify at least three discussion points conveying understanding. Writing would demonstrate sophistication in clarity, conciseness, and organization.
