Problem
client reported that he was getting failed to create galaxy error when he was creating his galaxy. Cleint
has just installed IAS 3.0 and was creating his rst galaxy.

Product Version: 3.0

ProdSp: p03

OS: Win 2003

OS_SP: SP2

Solution
Had client run the change netowork account utility and reboot the machine. After this the issue was
xed. OK to close.
