    I. Project Brief

    1. Main Program : Support to People’s Law Enforcement Board (PLEB)


    2. Sub-program : Year-end Incentives to PLEB Members
    3. Fund Source : GF: Peace and Order Program-Support to PLEB
    4. Funding Amount : P20,000.00
    5. Proponent : LGU Padada

    II. Rationale

    The LGU commits to provide equal justice to all may it a civilian or a public
    servant. Peoples Law Enforcement Board (PLEB) acts as a justice body which cater
    complaints against a public officer or personnel in uniform. Settlement of
    complaints against a public officer is not easy to decide on who is just or unjust
    when the persons task in the resolution of a complaint are not well-equipped with
    knowledge on the proceedings and justice system. That is why the LGU constitutes
    PLEB members that are capacitated.

    In order to compensate this functional and motivated members of the PLEB,


    a support fund is allocated in the amount equivalent to Twenty Thousand Pesos
    (P20,000.00) by the LGU to serve as year-end incentive for PLEB Members. Hence,
    this project design.

    III. Objective

    This project aims to compensate the efforts of the PLEB and strengthen their
    functionality.

    IV. Expected Output

    There will be 100% appearance of the members during PLEB’s meeting and
    satisfactory resolution of all complaints brought to the board.

    V. Funding Requirement

    The said incentive would require a total amount of P20,000.00. Fund for this
    will be coming from the General Fund under Peace and Order Program and
    particularly under sub-program Support to PLEB.

    VI. Manner of Implementation

    This program will be implemented thru the Office of the Mayor and the
    release of fund will be subject to its availability.
