Sub: Failure to complete and handing over the project

The board meeting conducted onsite on 19 th January 2019, granted you forty five (45) days with which was
conditions which were ending on 7th March 2019. At this date you were expected to for completing complete and
handing over both maize and sunflower oil milling plants building.

Unfortunately,todate you have not completed both either of these buildings according to your promise. at the end
of the given period. Please make review your plans for completion of the works your arrangements to complete
these projects as soon as possiblein accordance to your promise to the Employer. However,this notice was
intended to remind you against the time,further Further actions will be takenwill be communicated to you late. for
these delays.
