    1. On March 31, 2019 at 1:35 PM, the Macabebe Fire Station received a report of a grass fire in Barangay Caduang Tete, Macabebe, Pampanga. 2. The fire station dispatched an engine which arrived at the fire scene within 5 minutes. The fire was declared under control at 2:10 PM and fully extinguished by 3:00 PM with the assistance of nearby fire stations. 3. Issues encountered included distant fire hydrants and communication difficulties without handheld radios. The report recommends providing a fire pump and mobile radios.

    DETAILS (NARRATIVE):
    On 31 1335H March 2019, the Brgy Caduang Tete Secretary reported, thru phone call, about an ongoing grass fire incident
    at Purok Rosal, Brgy Caduang Tete, Macabebe. Immediately thereafter, NCOIC Shift A, dispatched ISUZU F/T with crew to the
    fire scene. Upon arrival thereat, INSP RAYMUNDO M MARIMLA, MFM, assumed command and conducted DANA. Upon
    assessment, this unit requested assistance on fire operations from Masantol and Apalit Fire Stations. Water Tanks were refilled
    thru the use of water pump from a nearby irrigation system The fire was declared undercontrol at 1410H and
    Fire Out was declared at 1500H the same day.
