1. Go to www.bizfile.gov.sg

2. Click on ‘File eServices’.

3. Click on ‘Limited Liability Partnership’.

4. You will be re-directed to File eServices for ‘Limited Liability Partnership’.


Click on ‘Annual Filing’ and select ‘Filing of Annual Declaration’.
You will be prompted to Login via SingPass or CorpPass. If you need help, please refer
to the step by step guide on Login.
