KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT THAT I Col. Saroj Kumar Rath
aged 51 years resident of Behind Odean Cinema Sahadev Khunta Balasore
Odisha at present CO and Corps Dental Adviser Yol Cantt. Dharamshala HP
(Aadhar Card No. 2799 4872 3831) do hereby appoint, constitute and
nominate Major Bhimsen Kesav Chavadar aged 36 years son of Shri
Keshav Baburao Chavadar ,Dedag, Sangli Maharashtra at present Dental
Officer MDS MH Kirkee Pune (Aadhar Card No. 2008 4872 0109), as my
true and lawful Special Power of Attorney.

WHEREAS, I, above said, Col. Saroj Kumar Rath is having a property ,a


residential apartment, as Flat No.302,B5, Simplicity Apartments S. No.
10/11 ,Plot No.1,2,&3 Tehsil Haveli Handewadi District Pune Maharashtra
and I am willing to rent out the same but my place of posting is quiet far from
the said property so I do hereby appoint above Major Bhimsen Kesav
Chavadar, who is my true and lawful Special Power of Attorney to execute all
or any of the acts, deeds and things in connection to rent out my property in
following manner:-
1. To enter upon the agreement of rent on my behalf
and to sign, verify, make statement and give consent in the shape of the
agreement of rent and for this purpose, to appear and sign before the
Notray public ,concerned Tehsildar/registrar, society and committee.
2. The present special power of attorney shall be
valid for two years from the date of its incorporation.

However, this Special Power of Attorney do not Empower the


aforesaid Attorney Major Bhimsen Kesav Chavadar to sell, dispose of or
lease out or to create any other interest, title or charge or change in the
structure, aforesaid, pertaining to the given case, mentioned above.
I hereby authorize my aforesaid attorney generally to do all
the lawful acts, necessary for enter into the agreement of rent on my
behalf.
AND I hereby agree that all the acts, deeds and things
lawfully done by my said attorney shall be construed as acts, deeds and
things as if done by me and I undertake to ratify and confirm all and
whatsoever is done by my said attorney and the same shall be lawfully is
done and caused to be done for me by virtue of the power hereby given.

In witnesses whereof, I have signed this Special Power of Attorney is


made and executed at Dharamshala on this 14 th March 2018 in the
presence of the following witnesses.
