Documents Needed for Registration

•  Bank Challan (Download from www.uet.edu.pk/TEN) paid copy No. 1 in


support of payment of the University dues.
•  Medical Certificate (Download from www.uet.edu.pk/TEN) on the form.
•  Six most recent photographs.
•  Original   Degree   on   the   basis   of   which   admission   has   been   sought   along  
with  four  sets  of  photocopies  of  all  academic  documents.  
•  Under   taking   (Download   from   www.uet.edu.pk/TEN)   on   a   Rs.50/-­‐   Stamp  
Paper.  
•  MigraGon/No   ObjecGon   CerGficate   from   last   insGtuGon   aKended  
(applicable   to   the   candidates   who   have   passed   their   undergraduate  
degree   from   other   than   University   of   Engineering   and   Technology,  
Lahore.)  
•  No  ObjecGon  CerGficate  (NOC)  from  Employer,  if  employed.
