1 Availability Click on all Systems in Logon Pad and check availability

2 SM51 Check for all Applications in ACTIVE status

3 SM50 Check for all Processes working healthy. If PRIV, take action

4 AL08 Check Con-Current Users.

5 SM04 Check if any user taking High Memory resource for long time

6 SM12 Check for oldest lock entries. If any entries for user not in Process on
any application, take action

7 SM13 updates should not be in Initial status for long time. Also nos. of
updates in Initial status should be less and contineously rolling
8 DB02old Check for Tablespace status. If any critical alert and take action

9 DB01 If any deadlock pending from long time, alert and take action

10 SM37 Nos. of ACTIVE jobs, should not rise more than upper limit.

Nos. of RELEASED jobs and if any jobs in delay. If more nos. of jobs
in delay alert and take action

Nos. of additional CANCELLED jobs from last check. If any Critical job,
take action as per 'Critical jobs list'

11 SM21 Check for all Error logs from last check. If any critical alert and take
action

12 ST22 Check for all Error Dumps from last check. If any critical or irregularity,
alert and take action.

13 SPAD If total nos. of spool requests cross 30000, alert and take action. Also
check for spools status in SP01 for any critical
14 SMLG Check for Response time of all Application servers. If any server has
>2000ms, mark Server name. Alert and analyse these servers.

15 SM66 Check if more processes stuck on PRIV mode or any one table, if so
mention table name and take action

16 ST04 Check the DB performance review (CI). Note Buffer Quality and DD
catche Quality(it should be greater tham 90%)

Check System Workload details. Note CPU Utilization, Physical Free


17 ST06
memory, Page-in, Page-outs, Swap space Utilization

18 WE02 Check IDOC in 02 and 64 status. Take action if large nos. of IDOC's in
status 51

19 SM58 Check for any long pending or critical 'tRFC'

Delete Statistical files of all Applications (Alernate day -Once in the

21 SMQ2/SMQ1 Check inbound/Outbound queues for stuck

22 OS Space Checks df -gt /usr/sap/WMP /oracle/WMP /oracle/WMP/oraarch
