Management
 As barber in professional level, carried my work through the middle school and to this day as
main passion. Providing services such as hair cut, groom and style, include hair wash, hair dye,
massages, shaving and trimming of nose hair. The customers were mainly males.
 Implementing multi-sectional programs and projects in the nonprofit world in Republic of
Kosovo.
 Worked in the international organizations: US Embassy Kosovo, Mercy Corps International, and
IOM and CREATE Foundation.
 Managed CREATIVE FOODS a catering company in Republic of Kosovo. Bringing new products in
the market and supporting the company to improve in the networking and generate the
revenue

SALES AND COMMUNICATION


 Managed the advertising and social media in three consecutive years in CREATE FOUNDATION.
 Organized and implemented the advertisement and outreaching witch lead to improve in the
networking and generate the revenue of the catering company CREATIVE FOODS.
 Served as key personal at barber shop in the costumer care for many years in improving to
generate new costumers.
 Organizational skills, attention to detail, self-discipline and time management, communicate and
interact in work, collaborating with different people from and different cultural backgrounds

Five years experience in the CREATE FOUNDATION:
Project Coordinator - Return and Reintegration in Kosovo Phase 5 (RRK V) funded by the International
Organization for Migration (IOM) Mission in Kosovo, through the European Union Office in Kosovo/The
EU Special Representative to Kosovo.
1. Responsible for both the internal and external business environments of the program.
2. Directly managed the program team.
3. Responsible to liaise with local and central government authorities and other stakeholders to ensure
that the program it is implemented successfully.
4. Attend coordination, community and partner meetings (UNHCR, IOM, OSCE)
5. In cooperation with program and operational staff identify, plan and address priority needs.
6. Coordinate activities with all involved implementing and coordinating agencies and institutions.
7. Organize monthly or periodic meetings with all partner organizations and institutions to ensure close
cooperation and sharing of lessons learnt.
8. Maintain, monitor and measure program implementation activities and data entry. Track project
impact, standards, and operational compliance.
9. Follow through on program needs as required, such as procurement, meeting scheduling, technical
reviews consultant finding, etc.
10. Ensure monthly and Interim Narrative Reports are submitted on time and are of an acceptable
standard.
11. Work with the Finance Manager to forecast expenditure surpluses and deficits to enable
adjustments to be made to the program in a timely fashion.
12. Manage the program filing system for all program related activities and ensure that information is
organized accordingly to the reporting and auditing needs of the program

Communication and Visibility officer - The European Union, Innovation & Media Partnership for Action,

Five years experience in Mercy Coprs International


Community Liaison Officer - IPA funded-EUMRSI (I & II) programme, European Union Office in Kosovo
implemented from Mercy Corps to resettle up to 130 RAE families from existing Camp's in to new
livelihood infrastructure.
1. Attend meetings with community representatives/community meetings and community mapping
2. Daily management of the existiting camps
2. Coordinate the resettlement proces (designed and updated the beneficiary lists, go and inform and go
and see visits, land allocation, property ownership confirmations, signature of resettlement statements,
Tripartite Agreemennts, provision of resettlement packages (furniture & home appliances, hygiene
items, fire wood)

4. Cordiante Trainings/Round Tables to discuss peace building, advocacy, negotiation and gender issues
