Build a compelling case
for change
In the Design phase, your team builds assessments that help drive a compelling case for
investment in your organisation’s digital transformation. A business value assessment helps
financially quantify the business value of the team’s proposed solutions, including return
on investment (ROI), revenue growth, cost savings and employee efficiencies. A technology
assessment brings stakeholders together to review current technology in light of solution
objectives. The output is a customised, technical roadmap.
