Materials: Lesson Content


• Number cards
• Ten frame cards and Introduction:
number dot cards • Review numbers 0-10 with flashcards
o Students will tell the number on the flashcard
o Review together and test individually
Development:
Differentiation: • Together, place the cards in sequential order
• Ash will use number o Teacher holds cards and used prompts to get
cards with the dots students to tell them the count sequence
• Al will use the ten frame o Ex. What number come first; what number comes next
cards • Number cards will be split in half passed out to students
• Students must work together to put them in sequential order
o Teacher prompts when necessary
• After this is finished, collect the cards and give each student
cards 0-10
• Space students out at table so that they can put the cards in
order in their own
• Check work before collecting the cards
Closure:
• Collect cards
• If time, go through cards identifying numbers again
o Add in numbers above up to 20
