My training period in Dublin

In March of this year I went to Dublin to take a study trip. I was hosted in a house in a village near Dublin,
this village is called Swords. In this host house I wasn’t alone , with me there were two of my classmates
Anna and Silvia. The family that hosted us was composed of Gary "the father" by Denise "the mother" and
the sister of Denise Johana. They did everything possible to make us feel at home and they were very kind
to us. I was in Dublin from March 3rd to March 10th. The first day of school we started the lesson at 10
because there had been a misunderstanding, some people had gone in front of the DCU school (like we did,
Anna and Silvia) while others had gone somewhere else, but in the end we all got together; we had lessons
until midday, in the lesson we talked about Irish culture and did various Quizzes. In the afternoon we went
to Dublin city center to visit the city. On Tuesday 5 during the morning we went to visit Trinity College, and
in the afternoon we had lessons from 2 pm to 5 pm, where we listened to the song "Galway Girl" by Ed
Sheeran and had to complete some cards and talked about Gaelic football, Hurling and a film based on Lap
year. On Wednesday 6 in the morning we had lessons and we did various group activities about our life and
new vocabulary, while in the afternoon we went to the National Gallery Museum. On Thursday 7 during the
morning we went to visit the Natural History Museum where there were stuffed animals, while in the
afternoon we had lessons where we introduced ourselves and we talked about Music and did various
activities such as doing Quizzes. On Friday 8 during the morning we had lesson and we talked about the
Irish ways of saying, in the afternoon we dedicated it to shopping, we went to Grafton Street, St. Stephen's
Green and Ha'penny Bridge. Saturday 9 we went to Kilkenny a town two hours outside Dublin. The last day
on Sunday 10 we went to visit the Guinness Storehouse, to see how the beer is manufactured and then at
4:30 pm we left to return to Italy. During this trip I had a lot of fun and there was nothing that I didn't like,
thanks to this experience I became less shy, I learned to orient myself better and I learned to be sure of my
ideas and my choices. At school I learned to approach people in English and learned new words.
