There will be times in your life where you feel vulnerable, insecure, fearful,

When you experience negative self-talk, it is simply mental chatter, not

Embrace Your Worthiness to Receive
Your current outcomes and successes—as great, as grand, or even as
limited as they may be—are in direct proportion to what you believe is

So often a disconnect exists between the success and love we want and the
internal dialogue that’s saying, “I’m not worthy of it, I don’t deserve it.”
When blessings come your way as a result of your positive actions and

are worthy of them, until your self-esteem is in alignment with what you

That means shifting your inner dialogue. Something called “mirror work”

with the self. Think of intimacy as “In-to-me-I-see.” True intimacy helps

Consider this mirror exercise from our No Matter What! personal learning
course to acknowledge, confront, and resolve issues with yourself. Here’s
how:
Spend a few minutes of uninterrupted time each morning and night in front
of a mirror, such as after brushing your teeth. While looking at yourself

in the mirror, complete each of the following three sentence “stems” five
times, for a total of 15 completed sentences. You can repeat the same
phrases each day or say new ones, but always do at least five completions
for each sentence stem.

(Your name) , I am proud that you .

Here you find things to celebrate about yourself. It can be anything you did
today, yesterday, last week, or last year. For instance, I am proud that you
took charge of that crisis…. I am proud that you jogged 5 miles today.…
I am proud that you protected yourself by leaving your dysfunctional
relationship.

(Your name) , I forgive you for .

Forgiving yourself opens space in your heart, in your body, and in your
spirit to welcome in more love and stimulate self-healing. For instance,
I forgive you for saying yes to that project when you wanted to say no….
I forgive you for looking in the mirror and not loving what you see…. I
forgive you for putting on weight as a shield.

(Your name) , I commit to you that .

When you make a commitment to yourself, you are telling yourself and the
world that you matter, that you are important and deserving. For instance,
I commit to you that I will speak my truth to my partner…. I commit to you

that I will finish writing my book proposal…. I commit you that I will be
kind to myself…. I commit to you that I will be fully present and engaged
with my family.
The final step is to look lovingly into your eyes looking back at you from
the mirror and say:

(Your name) , I love you.

Then hold your gaze and feel your heart open to pour love into yourself.

based on the way you are treating yourself. Do this consistently to fill your
tank with love and you will pave the way for the Law of Attraction to work
more profoundly in your life.

USING YOUR PARALIMINAL


Paraliminals are the easiest, most relaxing personal development tool to
use. Simply:
• Create a quiet time to focus inwardly. Choose an environment relatively
free from distractions. Sit comfortably or recline.
• Set your purpose for listening.
• Listen with headphones. You will receive minimal benefit if you merely
play a Paraliminal in the background; do not listen while driving or
operating machinery.
• Many people enjoy working with their unconscious during dreamtime.
You can enjoy the benefits of sleep learning by setting your audio
player to repeat the Paraliminal sleep learning track (Track 3). Adjust
the volume so you can tune out the sound as you sleep. Waking is an
