Peer Observation

1) Nouf Saleh Alothali was observed teaching a lesson on place value to a grade 1 class. 2) The observer noted that the lesson plan was well planned and included clear learning outcomes, but some activities were not timed well and only one teaching strategy was used. 3) During the lesson, the teacher displayed good professionalism, maintained student engagement, ensured clear instructions, and effectively monitored student progress through formative assessment. However, lesson time was not fully managed.
