Technology education is the study of how resources are systematically used to solve problems and extend human capabilities. Resources are categorized as tangible materials and tools that can be touched, or intangible information, knowledge, and research that cannot be touched. Introduction to Technology Education


What is Technology Education?

Technology Education is the study of how resources are systematically used to solve
problems and extend human capabilities. (Davis, 2018)

Resources

Resources are separated into two categories; tangible and intangible.

TANGIBLE INTANGIBLE

Materials - Information -
raw items used to create your your research done about the
new product problem to be solved

Tools and equipment - Knowledge -


any machine etc used to assist what you already know about
in creating your new product how to solve the problem
