    Precautions for Preparedness of Covid 19 After resume Plant Operation

    1.Maintain Social Distancing


    2.Sanitizing at the time of entrance gate
    3.Sanitize Every entry in the plant
    4.Try to stop visitors entry VALUES
    5.Try to stop suppliers entry
    6.Different shift timings for department wise to avoid rush on gate(After Discussion with HODs)
    7. Every dispatch vehicle to be sanitized
    8. CORONA awareness SOP display in English & local languages
    9. Does & Don'ts displayed for entry , exit, machine operating, computer etc to avoid infections
    10. Security guards should wear mask & hand gloves when dealing with people.
    11. Keep work from home whom having health issue
    12. Staff having own four wheelers /Two Wheelers should come by own to avoid infections
    13.Cleaning of shop floor & office area frequency to be increased.
    14.Daily sanitization of highly touching area like door handle, phone, remote controller, computer accessories, water
    coolers.
    15.In canteen all spoons & plates to be cleaned by hot water
    16.Cleaned cloth to be used for cleaning .
    17.All glass ,doors and working table to be sanitized frequently.
    18.Maintain social Distancing in workplace area
    19.Temperature checking at entrance gate
    20.Tea & Snacks(only Dry Snacks) to be provided to all on their work station.
    21.Social distancing to be maintained in Toilet also .
