is a web development consultancy firm which provides all kind of solutions for website
and help them in inserting new tools which will make their website to develop easily.

ColorQo is a client for Apptota Consultancy seeking help for build out their website. The
scheme for the project shown below is how Apptota Consultancy assist ColorQo to
insert new shape from designing and make the process easier by creating a new website
for them. This project was covered in span 2.5 months.

The Apptota Consultancy team was working closely with client ColorQo and
implementing the project thoroughly, making sure there will be no mistakes and
complains. This project is very fundamental in learning aspect as it covers the whole
project life cycle on how exactly consulting web development firms. The project covers
from project purchasing, execution and delivery system.

The methodology that was applied is agile method which is the most effective and
gainful web development life cycle process. Introduction Background problems ColorQo
is currently using web based approach for new website. The web based system is the
most digital and productive way of running a business.

In last few years, the noticeable fact is ColorQo has grown and still growing with
increasing amount of audience. As more requirement is happening, the system with
ColorQo is growing along. The web based system is becoming more difficult to handle,
with increasing new demand issues which are also growing.

The problems of old design have been faced by ColorQo. The ColorQo is in dire need of
going digital. The ColorQo has hired Apptota Consultancy to give constructive solution
for their website. Apptota Consultancy has come up with providing an automated new
design process.

Apptota Consultancy will assist ColorQo to implement and design the website in digital
format. Apptota Consultancy will also implement website customization as per their
client’s requirement and then design and developed the site. The automated process
will help them go timely and be systematized in every manner.

Project Goals and Value to Stakeholder

This project will include following activities: Easily Access Convert all systems into
digital format. Automate the site for working promptly. Design the template of all tools
separately. Identify the orders individually. Result With Project Implementation Current
State of Business Result Without Project Implementation The changes of the process
above will be highly beneficial for clients in making the new web process easy and
smoother. Scope definition The scope for the project was defined through
comprehensive requirements search process.

First, a thorough analysis was executed on the company's website current process and
forms. From this information, Apptota Consultancy has developed a team to develop the
project requirements documentation. The project description and deliverables were
developed based on the requirements of web design process and input from subject
matter experts present at Apptota Consultancy in domain like website consulting,
website developing and testing and business analyst.
This project includes identifying the website design and programming and testing of
new forms as expected requirements from ColorQo. The project’s deliverables include
new digital and new website process that was formed with the flexibility to modify and
spread the site as necessary in future. The project will only be accepted once the new
forms have been fully inserted and tested by the company and have been shown to be
compatible with the company’s current process.

Resource Management: Needed resources for the project: There are so many different
web-hosting site available in the market today. Each of them has different types of pros
and cons. According to our project, we needed to choose more suitable web-hosting
site for our client. Which will help us generating the website as per our client’s demands.

We will ask the clients about their opinion in how they want the website to be created
and what types of information they want to put in. Some of the automated web-hosting
sites that are available online are: LOGO _NAME _BEST FOR _FREE FOR _PLAN PRICE _ _/
The recommended web-hosting site are: Weebly, Wix and Woo Commerce. Each of the
site has different types of features that are useful.

The other resources for the projects are the employees such as: The project manager,
project lead, business analyst, developer and testers. Cost of the resources needed:
These are the 3-selected web-hosting site by our consultancy. We will use the site based
on our client’s preference and propose them an estimated yearly cost.

Here is the monthly cost of the chosen web-hosting sites by our consultancy: / The
estimated yearly cost for Weebly is (950*12) = 11400tk, for Wix the yearly estimated cost
would be (1000*12) which is 12000tk and the estimated yearly cost for Woo Commerce
would be (1450*12) which is 17400tk. Our client will check the features of the
web-hosting site and the pricing and they will tell us on which site they need their forms
to be made.

Office expenses as well as miscellaneous expenses would be 22500 per cycle. Total
expenses based on 3 web-hosting site packages on 2-month cycle would be:
Schedule/time management: Time management system comprises to point out the
specific tasks/activities that project team members and stakeholders must perform to
produce the product deliverable.

It needs to be recognized and record the activity maintaining a sequence. It includes the
assessment of work periods that are needed to complete individual activities. It also
involves controlling and managing changes to project schedule. The established
baseline is of two weeks of the project and then monitor progress against baseline on
weekly basis.

Project Schedule is updated with current information and not more than two business

full risk assessment organized during the planning phase and documented within the
project plan—both the activities that come after the project charter is established. This is
where risks were identified at the beginning of a project.

Decide how important they are and indicate the plan to lessen the risks. Identify and
explain the risks involved in the project in the table below the key strategic. For each
risk, list the level of both impact and the degree of probability (high, medium, low). This
tells the reader how notable each risk is. Identify the possible reduction of actions
needed during the project to lessen the impact or lower the probability of the risk
involved, and assign the person or team responsible for undertaking.

 Conclusion We are entirely grateful to serve ColorQo and assist them to expand their
business by developing a web-page for them.

In this epoch of digitalization, every business organization makes headway with the
touch of modern facilities and for that to create a web-page is a must. ColorQo reached
out to us and we helped them with the agile methodology and set goals for them. We
took care of every requirements that ColorQo need for their page and also created a
work breakdown structure for the project.

We assigned a team to implement and design the forms. The recommended

web-hosting sites are also given with the cost and we will generate the web-site as per
our customer’s preferences. Time management and Risk management were created to
avoid compensation.

With our help ColorOo managed to develop their delivery process and time
management and this brought them more audience. As ColorQo received a complete
project life circle from Apptota Consultancy, the issues they were facing earlier has
reduced a lot and ColorQo has become more systematic.
