www.mwscc.com S MWScc is a South African based business which works in conjunction with Rhino Marine Products [Pty] Ltd to produce High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) workboats, primarily for use in the offshore and marine construction environments.These boats have been fabricated since 2003 and have proven themselves in severe environments. MWS are the sole distributers for Rhino Marine Products [Pty] Ltd.
590,850,950 The Rhino Craft is designed as a robust & virtually indestructible replacement to the inflatable rigid hull workboat for use in the offshore & marine construction environments. The boat is made exclusively from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). The keel is 30mm HDPE plate, the pontoons are 500mm x 15,2 mm wall thickness extruded HDPE pipe. The frames, decking & hull are made from 10mm to 25mm thick HPDE plate. The frames and bulkheads are cut by a Numerically Controlled water jet and all the components are extrusion welded together, forming a workboat with 7 watertight compartments. The deck is self-draining via 2 x 100 mm diameter “duckbill” drains through the transom. In case of damage to the boat, the HDPE can easily be repaired with an extrusion welder or molten plastic where no extrusion welder is available.

Material High Density Polyethylene This 5.9 m craft is designed to receive one or two Length Overall 5,90 m (19 ft 4 in) outboard engines and can be supplied with a console, stainless steel canopy, back mast and Breadth 2,20 m (7 ft 3 in) handrails. It can be supplied as a bare boat to Depth receive a tiller operated engine or it can be fitted Platform to Keel 1,16 m (3 ft 10 in) with a console which incorporates all necessary Pontoon to Keel 1,05 m (3 ft 5 in) electronic/electrical and steering equipment. The Rhino 590 has a 1,500 kg payload and is the ideal Light Draft 497 mm (1 ft 7 in) small craft workboat and / or personnel carrier. It can be supplied as a bare boat to Depth receive a tiller operated engine or it can be fitted Platform to Keel 1,4 m (4 ft 7 in) with a console which incorporates all necessary Pontoon to Keel 1.05 m (3 ft 5 in) electronic/electrical and steering equipment.
