CLT ROLES 2017

Facilitator:

Stephanie Sasse

- Sets agenda
- Reminds group of norms
- Keeps discussion on topic
- Uses the parking lot for concerns that are off topic
- Ensures all voices are heard
- Leads group in summarizing and next steps

Timekeeper​: keeps the group on time

- Makes sure there are times on the agenda


- Keeps group aware of time limits (1-2 minute warnings)
- Announces when time is up and asks group if want more time or to summarize and move on
- Ensure group leaves time at end of meeting to summarize and plan next steps (5-10 minute warning)

Are you always on time? Do you have a watch? If these job tasks interest you then we need YOU as our 2nd grade CLT 
timekeeper!  
Recorder​: keeps an official record of the meeting

- Captures decisions made during the meeting


- At end of meeting reads back what team decided and who will do what
- Distributes team meeting notes in a timely fashion

● Get one a quarter 


● Can only be used once a quarter 
● If you raise your hand with a red flag, the meeting will stop for you 
● You can use it to: 

- voice an observation 
- share a personal experience 
present an analysis 
disagree with team member 
make a suggestion 
or whatever 
● there will be no penalty for using the red flag 
● Non Transferable
