It has since expanded facilities including classrooms, offices, a learning resource center, computer room, and vocational shops. Tabacao National High School was established in 1987 after the local youth expressed a desire for a high school. It has since become independent and focuses on student success in competitions. San Ricardo National High School was founded in 1969 and serves students from Talavera and Llanera. Additional buildings and facilities have been added over time under various principals to improve the school.

Bulac National High School


Bulac National High school started from a very humble beginning. With a minimal stuff
and high school students from Barangay Bulac, Tagaytay, Basang Hamog, Pantoc, Bulac,
Tabacao, Cabulauanan and San Mauricio.
In 1995, an extension of Talavera National High School was made. The acquired land,
allocated from Bulac Elementary School (owned by Mr. De Leon) have a total of 1111 square
meter while where they initiate the construction of classroom. Mrs. Manalili took upon herself
the responsibility of a school administrator with the help of the former teachers to make the
school more conductive to learning.
At present, Bulac National High School maintains adequate facilities for effective
teaching and fast learning for its students. The school facilities includes office of the principal,
where the meetings of teachers and counseling of students was conducted; faculty room, also
serve as a clinic for ill students who need rest, and an audio- visual room intended for
presentation for a large number of students; seven functional classrooms; Learning Resource
center, which serve as a source of information which includes print and non- print materials;
computer room that innovates to e- classroom, not only intended for teaching computer subjects
but this is the modern classroom nowadays; canteen, which also serve as cookery shop since
there are no available classroom; beauty care shop and carpentry shop. From modest facilities,
they continue on following on devishing ways to improve the school with the help of the
community, LGU- SEF and its stakeholders.

Tabacao National High School


Tabacao National High School was established in 1987. The vision of creating a school
building started from a simple dream of a youth. When a former Governor Tomas N. Joson was
invited as a guest by the Kabataang Barangay Organization headed by the former Barangay
Youth Chairman, Hon. Joey Gabao held at San Jose Elementary School, The youth expressed
their longings and aspirations to have a high school in their barangay. On the same year, the
construction of the buildings were started.
The school started as the annex of Talavera National as stated in the resolution no.
1688 on motion of Mayor Roemo Maliwat and with the approval of the San gguniang Bayan on
April 6, 1988.

In year 2004, Tabacao National High School became and independent school and marked
some of the memorable events in the history of the school. Though the help and the support of the
former principal of Talavera National High School Mr. Macario Cabico, with hard working faculty and
fromer Mayor Hon. Manolito V. Fausto, Tabacao National High School ran and operated smoothly on its
own.
On the academic side, due to the motivational skills both teachers and students, TNHS, scar
high and give honor to their own school. Winning the Division Technolympics in ICT, winning on
Editorial Cartooning and Feature Writing and by winning Science and technology contests.
This year, Tabacao National High School is experiencing a new beginning and a revive within the
school, Mr. Gerardo P. Vicencio, and new principal, focus on building collaboration and building a better
community among all members and organizations within the school together with the stakeholders.

San Ricardo National High School


San Ricardo National High School was founded on June 16, 1969.
The school is transversed from Barangay Pinagpanaan to its northern boundary with the town of
Llanera in the northeastern side by second class town road. It generally serves two towns of Nueva Ecija-
Talavera and Llanera. The students usually come from 10 Barangays of Talavera Nueva Ecija and seven
Barangays from Llanera plus students from the adjacent town of Rizal and Gen. Natividad. There are six
complete elementary school in the neighboring barangays, which serve as a feeder schools for San
Ricardo National High School with the intensive dissecting of road and maintenance of the municipal
government, students from the farthest barangays,can reach the SRNHS compound.
In 1997, additional school building was constructed through the supervision of the Department
of Public Works and Highways and also with the help of Congressman Roanto V. Diaz (1 st District of
Nueva Ecija) and it was followed by the construction of a poverment at the buckof the 2 story buldings
after a year.
In July 2011, Mrs. Corazon V. Mahalaga transferred as the new principal of San Ricardo
National High school from Julia Ortiz Luis National High School. Under her supervision, many items
were created and additional teachers were hired until her retirement at the age of 65 last November 29,
2014 next to Mrs. Mahalaga is Mr. Jovito J. Puque who became principal as SRNHs from 2014 to April
2017. He was from Talugtog National High school, wherein lots of improvements happens like painting
of the faculties and renovation of different subject area park/ garden.
The schools recent principal is Ma’am Nora S. Daquiz since her arrival in may, the school had
gone through a lot of improvemnts. Various facilities were also added to cater the needs of the students
and the teachers, faculy and staff, and its stakeholders.
