Animal Research Project


Animal Research Project Overview
This is a student-led research project.
These project steps are intended to be basic guidelines.
We encourage all students to get creative and make this project their own.
We will be working on it for 2 weeks during our writing task time.

Animal Research Project Steps


1) Choose a real life animal that you are interested in to research.
2) Use these animal research slides to help guide your research process.
You can record your research notes on blank paper or in a notebook.
3) Week 1 - You will spend the first week researching, gathering, and organizing
facts and information about your animal.
4) Week 2 - During the second week, you will choose how you want to present your
research and design your finished research project.
*Presentation Format Ideas: poster, brochure, mini book, file folder lapbook, etc.
