Circular of Survey Regulation or
‘Pekeliling Ketua Pengarah Ukur dan
Pemetaan Malaysia’(KPUP)
 To standardise the survey procedure or updated
procedure/issues , JUPEM will produced and announce
through circular /KPUP
 JUPEM and LLS used this KPUP as guideline to apply in
cadastral survey projects
 KPUP 2002 is oldest survey regulation related to traditional
procedure for cadastral surveying. This KPUP has been
terminated when announcement of KPUP 6/2009
 KPUP 6/2009 is survey regulation related to E-Cadastral
survey procedure for latest cadastral surveying.
