JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: Manager QA/QC Function: QA/QC

Location: K1 Taloja Sector: Manufacturing

Purpose of the Job:

To carry out Quality Control and Assurance testing of Industrial Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Explosives
and Fertilizers in view of quality assurance of Raw material, In process composition and final Product,
and development of suitable and worthy packing materials. Study and analysis of waste generated.

To ensure QUALITY of the PRODUCT manufactured and packing system to meet the required
standards, by providing effective support to the plant operations, despatch with the ultimate aim to
reduce customer complaints and Quality Cost

Overview/ Responsibilities: As a < Sr Manager Production >, you will be expected to:

environment standards

• Attend various training to acquire various skills
related to process and utilities.
Educational Qualifications Total years of experience

BSc in Chemistry Minimum 5-8 years working experience in Quality


Assurance of Pharmaceutical industry

Technical /Functional Expertise:

• Knowledge of Inorganic & organic chemistry & process technologies


• Knowledge In NABL/ FDA/GMP/FSSAI/GLP
• Knowledge of Instruments and instrumental analysis
• Knowledge in Lab Safety and Environment protection, chemical compatibility
• Knowledge in ISO 9K,14K,18K
