Prospectus for admission into "Post Graduate Medical Courses under


Competent Authority Quota for academic year 2020-21

REGULATIONS:

The following are the Regulations for admission into Post Graduate Medical
Degree / Diploma Courses under Competent Authority Quota for the academic
year 2020-21 and shall apply to all admissions into all the Medical Colleges
affiliated to KNR University of Health Sciences in the State of Telangana.

1. NUMBER OF SEATS:

a. The number of seats to be available for the academic year 2020-21 in Post
Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma courses after deducting seats contributed
to All India Quota at Government Medical Colleges and Competent authority
quota seats in Private Medical colleges will be in accordance with the orders of
the MCI / GOI / Govt. of Telangana.

The seat matrix for competent authority quota seats for academic year i.e., 2020-
21 will be displayed in the KNRUHS website before exercising web options for
counseling.

b In case any new PG Medical seats are permitted by Government of India and
are affiliated to the University for the Academic Year 2020-21 at a later date ,
those seats also will be filled up. NO FURTHER NOTIFICATION WILL BE
ISSUED.

2. ELIGIBILITY

a. THE CANDIDATES WHO FULFIL THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA FOR


ADMISSION INTO POST GRADUATE MEDICAL DEGREE AND
DIPLOMA COURSES SHALL APPLY ONLINE FOR COMPETENT
AUTHORITY QUOTA SEATS IN COLLEGES AFFILIATED TO
KALOJI NARAYANA RAO UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES,
WARANGAL.
b. The candidates qualified in NEET PG – 2020 examination with the
following `cutoff scores and above as per Notice dated: 31.01.2020 of
National Board of Examinations, New Delhi as per section (10) of Indian
Medical Council Act, 1956 are eligible to apply.

c. The Candidate shall be an Indian National / Person of Indian origin (PIO) /


Overseas Citizen of Indian origin card holder. Candidates who satisfy the
Local or Non-local status as per G.O.P.No. 646 Education (W) Department,
Dated 10-7-1979 only are eligible to apply for PG Medical admissions.
The procedure indicated in the above G.O.646 for selection of candidates is
amended in G.O.Ms.No.42, Higher Education (EC2) Dept., dated 18-05-2009.
The rules of admission have been further been superseded and notified in
G.O.Ms.No. 27 HM&FW (C1) Dept. Dated:10-04-2017 and subsequent
amendments. Relevant Hon'ble Supreme Court & Hon'ble High Court
orders shall also be followed.

d. CANDIDATES WHO HAVE STUDIED MBBS IN THE STATES OF


TELANGANA AND ANDHRA PRADESH AND OBTAINED DEGREE
ARE ELIGIBLE.

e. CANDIDATES WHO ARE DOMICILE OF TELANGANA / ANDHRA


PRADESH AND STUDIED MBBS/EQUIVALENT COURSE AND
OBTAINED DEGREE FROM OTHER STATES IN INDIA / OTHER
COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE.
f. MBBS Degree should be recognized by the Medical Council of India.

g. MBBS Graduates pursuing internship should have completed internship on


or before 31-03-2020 from recognized colleges (by MCI).

h. In case of in service candidates, Government service rendered shall be


calculated as on 31-03-2020 for award of weightage of marks.

i. Candidates must have registered with State Medical Council and subject to
the fulfillment of the conditions stipulated in Regulations and its
documentary proof should be furnished / enclosed to the application.
j. Candidates who are already studying P.G. Degree or Diploma course
shall not be permitted for admission unless they discontinue the course
by remitting requisite bond amount and stipend drawn up to that date
before applying online. Such candidates have to upload certificate issued
by the Principal of the college to that effect along with the application
form.
k. Candidates must pay fee for verification of equivalency of certificates as
specified in the regulations along with the registration fee. The registration
fee, equivalency verification fee and processing fee for verification of original
certificates once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to a later date.
Therefore candidates are advised to check eligibility conditions thoroughly
before applying for determining merit position in respective categories for
State quota seats using NEET PG – 2020 scores.

Note: If a candidate is found to have submitted false information or concealed


any relevant information regarding this matter, such candidate is liable to
be disqualified for admission and in case already admitted, the admission
will be cancelled. Further disciplinary action against him/her will be
initiated by the University as per rules.

l. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS IN RESPECT OF CANDIDATES WHO ARE


DOMICILE OF TELANGANA / ANDHRA PRADESH AND
POSSESSING FOREIGN MEDICAL DEGREE.

i. The candidate shall satisfy Local / Non local status as per GO.No.646
Edu.(W1) department dated 10-07-1979 and Presidential order. The
candidates who are eligible as Non local status candidates do not have any
reservations. The Non-local candidates are eligible for 15% unreserved
seats only. The local candidates are also eligible for 15% unreserved seats.
ii. If the candidate is having a Medical qualification equivalent to MBBS
(Primary Medical qualification) from outside India, the Degree should
have been recognized by Medical Council of India for enrolment as
Medical Practitioner in the Country and registered by MCI.
iii. Candidate must have Permanent Registration with Medical Council of
India / any State Medical Council and attested copies should be
uploaded along with the application.
iv. Candidates must pay equivalency fee for verification of certificate degree
obtained outside the State as specified in the regulations along with the
registration fee. The verification fee and registration fee once paid will not
be refunded or adjusted to a future date. Therefore candidates are
advised to check eligibility conditions thoroughly before applying for
determining merit position in respective categories for State quota seats
using NEET PG – 2020 scores.

3. RESERVATION IN FAVOUR OF THE LOCAL CANDIDATES

3.1 Admission to 85% of the seats shall be reserved in favour of the local
candidates in relation to the local area as provided in A.P. Educational
Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974 for Non- State- Wide
courses as given in Annexure-III of GO (P) No. 646, Edu. (W1)
Department, dt.10-7-1979.

3.2 LOCAL AREA:


3.2.1 The part of the State comprising the Districts of Srikakulam,
Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari,
Krishna, Guntur and Prakasam shall be regarded as the local area
for the purposes of admission to the Andhra University,
**(Nagarjuna University) and to any other education institution
(other than a State-wide University or State-wide Educational
Institution) which is subject to the control of the State Government
and is situated in that part.

3.2.2 The part of the State comprising the Districts of Adilabad,


Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Karimnagar, Khammam,
Mahaboobnagar, Medak, Nalgonda, Nizamabad and Warangal
shall be regarded as local area for the purposes of admission to
the Osmania University, ** (the Kakatiya University) and to any
other educational institution (other than a State-wide University or
State- wide Educational Institution) which is subject to thecontrol
of the State Government and is situated in that part.

3.2.3 The part of the State comprising the Districts of Ananthapur,


Kadapa, Kurnool, Chittoor and Nellore shall be regarded as
local area for the purposes of admission to Sri
Venkateswara University and to any other educational institution
(other than a State-wide University or State-wide Educational
Institution) which is subject to the control of the State Government
and is situated in that part.

3.3 LOCAL CANDIDATES: Eligible for 85% of reserved seats for local
candidates
3.3.1
i) A Candidate for admission shall be regarded as local candidate in
relation to a local area, if he/she studied in an Educational
Institution or Educational Institutions in such local area for a period
of not less than 4 consecutive academic years ending with the
academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case may be first
appeared in relevant qualifying examination.
or
ii) Where during the whole or any part of the 4 consecutive academic
years ending with the academic year in which he/she appeared or
as the case may be first appeared for the relevant qualifying
examination, he/she has not studied in Educational Institutions, if
he/she had resided in that local area for a period of not less than 4
years immediately preceding the date of commencement of the
relevant qualifying examination, in which he/she appeared or as the
case may be first appeared.

3.3.2 A candidate who is not regarded as a local candidate under sub-


regulation (3.3.1) Above in relation to any local area shall
i) If he/she has studied in educational institutions in the State for a
period of not less than 7 consecutive academic years ending with
academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case may be
first appeared for the relevant qualifying examination be regarded
as local candidate in relation to:
a) Such local area where he/she has studied for the maximum
period out of the said period of 7 years.
b) Where the period of his/her study in two or more local areas are
equal, such local area where he/she has last studied in such
equal periods
or

ii) If during the whole or any part of the seven consecutive academic
years ending with academic year in which he/she appeared or as
the case may be first appeared for relevant qualifying examination,
he/she has not studied in the educational institution in any local
area, but he/she has resided in the State during the whole of the
said period of 7 years be regarded as a local candidate in relation to
a) Such local area where he/she has resided for the maximum
period out of the said period of 7 years.
or
b) Where the period of his/her residence in two or more local areas
are equal, such local area where he/she has resided last in such
equal periods.

EXPLANATION : (for purpose of this sub-regulation)

i) "Educational Institution" means a University or any Educational Institution


recognized by the State Government, a University or any other
Competent Authority.

ii) "Relevant qualifying examination in relation to admission to any course of


study" means the examination, a pass in which is the minimum
educational qualification for admission to such course of study.
NOTE: The relevant qualifying examination for admission into Post Graduate
courses is MBBS examination. The question whether the candidate is a
local candidate or not will be determined with reference to his/her first
appearance in the Part II of Final MBBS examination.

iii)
a. In reckoning the consecutive academic years during which a
candidate has studied any period of interruption of his/her study
by reasons of his/her failure to pass any examination and any
period of his/her study in a Statewide University or a Statewide
Educational Institution shall be disregarded.

b) The status of candidates who passed MBBS from Siddhartha


Medical College will be decided basing on their study period prior to
their admission into MBBS course at Siddhartha Medical College for
arriving at the local and non-local status, since it is a Statewide
Institution.

iv) The question whether any candidate for admission into any course of
study has resided in any local area shall be determined with reference to
the places where the candidate actually resided and not with reference to
the residence of his/her parent or guardian.

3.4. While determining the number of seats to be reserved in favour of local


candidates under sub-regulation (3.1), any fraction of seat shall be
counted as one, provided that there shall be one unreserved seat.

3.5. If a local candidate in respect of a local area is not available to fill any seats
reserved or allocated in favour of local candidate in respect of that local
area, such seats shall be filled in as if it had not been reserved.

3.6 The applicant who claims to be local candidate shall produce study
certificate/certificates issued by the Head of the Educational Institution /
Institutions concerned indicating the details of the year or years in which
the Candidate has studied in educational institution in such local area for a
period of not less than 4/7 consecutive academic years as the case may be
ending with the academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case
may be first appeared for the Part-II of Final MBBS examination.

Those who did not qualify as local candidate but claim to qualify by
virtue of residence shall produce a certificate issued by an officer of the
Revenue Department not below the rank of Mandal Revenue Officer
independent charge of Subtaluk / Mandal.

3.7. CANDIDATES ELIGIBLE FOR 15% UNRESERVED QUOTA

The following categories are eligible to apply for admission to the


remaining 15% of un-reserved seats.
3.7.1 All candidates defined under sub-regulation of Regulation-3 as
local candidates.

3.7.2 Candidates who have resided in the State for a total period of ten
years excluding period of study outside the State, or either of
those parents have resided in the State for a total period of ten
years excluding period of employment outside the State

3.7.3 Candidates who are children of parents who are in the


employment of this State or Central Government, Public Sector
Corporations, Local Bodies, Universities and other similar Quasi-
Public Institutions in the State

3.7.4 Candidates, who are spouses of those in employment of this State


or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, Local Bodies,
Universities and Educational Institutions recognized by the
Government or a University or other Competent authority and
similar other Quasi Government Institutions within the State.

3.7.5 Candidates who are employed in the State Government


Undertakings, Public Sector Corporations, Local Bodies,
Universities and other similar quasi-Public institutions within the
State.

3.7.6 Candidates who are spouses of the local candidates as per


Regulation - 3.4.

N.B.: Relevant certificates must be uploaded along with the application in


respect of their claim. In respect of proof of 10 years residence, the
certificate should be obtained from the Revenue authorities not below
the rank of Mandal Revenue Officer / Tahsildar.

4. RESERVATIONS

4.1 15%, 6%, 29% seats of Post Graduate Degree and Diploma Courses are
reserved for SC, ST and BC (BC-A-7%, BC-B-10%, BC-C-1%, BC-D-7% and
BC-E-4%) candidates respectively, which are called vertical reservations.

4.1.1. Candidates claiming reservations under SC/ST/BC categories


shall upload latest social status certificate issued by competent
authority of Government of Telangana as specified in the
application form. The social status of SC/ST/BC candidates shall
be subject to the scrutiny as per G.O.Ms.No.58 SW (J) Dept. Dt 12-
5-97. Candidates claiming reservations under SC/ST/BC
categories and obtained social status certificates from the State of
Andhra Pradesh will be eligible only for the castes included under
the approved list of SC/ST/BC categories notified by the
Government of Telangana.

4.1.2. Minority medical colleges seats are reserved for respective


Minority category candidates only.

4.2. 33 1/3 % of seats shall be reserved for women and 5% seats shall be
reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates respectively,
which are horizontal reservations for Post Graduate Degree and
Diploma Courses.

Note:- The regulations of Medical Council of India shall be implemented in


admissions of candidates under Persons with Disability (PWD) category.

The candidate seeking admission under PWD reservation should apply


under PWD Category.
The Medical Board constituted by the University as per G. O. MS. No 27
HM&FW (C1) Dated:10-4-2017 will assess the percentage of disability as per
Medical Council of India regulations. Candidates claiming reservation under
PWD quota should present themselves before the Board constituted by
University for evaluation of PWD percentage and confirmation of eligibility. The
decision of Medical Board specially constituted for this purpose is final and
binding on the candidates. The schedule for evaluation by Medical Board will be
displayed on KNRUHS website.

4.3. SERVICE CANDIDATES INCENTIVE OF ADDITION OF


WEIGHTAGE MARKS :

4.3.1 The regular service candidates who have put in 2 years or more of
continuous service in tribal area / 3 years or more of continuous
service in rural area of service are eligible for addition of
weightage of marks.

The candidates should have qualified in the NEET-PG-2020 Exam


as per the cut-off marks prescribed for different categories to be
eligible for addition of weightage of marks.

Temporary / contract / out sourcing candidates are not eligible


for addition of weightage of marks.
4.3.2. The addition of weightage of marks is as follows :

a) For Tribal service candidates: Eligibility : 2-years of


continuous regular service. Addition of weightage of marks
as 10% per year on the marks secured by candidate in NEET
PG Exam up to maximum of 30% ..
b) For Rural service candidates: Eligibility: 3-years of
continuous regular service Addition of weightage of marks
as 8% per year on the marks secured by candidate in NEET
PG Exam up to maximum of 24%.

4.3.3. ELIGIBILITY FOR DEPUTATION AND DEPUTATION PERIOD

Eligibility for Deputation & Deputation period will be decided as notified


in G.O. Ms. No. 27 HM&FW (C1) Dept., Govt. of Telangana,
Dated: 10-04-2017 and subsequent amendments.
5. ONLINE APPLICATIONS
5.1 *The on-line application form for determining merit position in respective
categories for State quota seats using NEET PG – 2020 scores will be available on
the website https://tspgmed.tsche.in from 11.00 A.M on 18-04-2020 to 25-04-2020
up to 5.00 p.m.

Note: The candidates are advised to take a print out of the Prospectus /
Instructions to fill the application form from the website
http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in or https://tspgmed.tsche.in before
proceeding to fill the application form.

5.2 The candidate should fill the online application form available in the Website
with the data required-for through computer/mobile with data connection. The
online application form can be filled through any computer with internet
connection or mobile with data connection. The candidate is advised to fill the
online application form after going through the Prospectus by keeping all the
Certificates, Scanned Photo and Signature in the jpg/.gif format separately (as
shown below) (step-1) and ready to enter his/her correct data and upload the
photo and signature after the payment of application fee through Online.

5.2.1 Procedure of filling online application and Procedure for online payment:

In view of COVID-19 and LOCKDOWN, the process of application and certificate verification has been
changed. The following Certificates are required to complete the application process. Certificates marked
as mandatory shall be uploaded by every candidate. Other certificates are to be uploaded as per the
candidate requirement category .The certificates are to be scanned and kept ready to upload. Application
fee has to be paid through online.

1. Open the website https://tapgmed.tsche.in Home page displayed as follows.

2. Click on the Online Registration.


3. Registration Form appears in which Candidate has to give the details to register.

4. After entering the details click on validate button.


5. If all the details entered are correct you will receive the Registration number on the
screen and also to your mobile. Please note down the registration number
for further correspondence.

6. For updating the details of the candidate enter Roll Number and the Registration
number and click on validate button to enter into the Application form.

7. The application form will be displayed as shown below. You have to fill the details and upload
Passport Size Photo and Signature (Note: Scanned photo and Signature should be less than
100 KB and in JPEG or JPG format)
8. After filling the form, click on Save and Exit Button. This process can be repeated till
all the data you entered are correct using Data Updation link on the Home page. Then
click on Save and Pay Button to proceed for payment. Depending on your caste
category the Registration fee is varied. Once paid you will not get any refund. Hence, you are
requested to double check the eligibility conditions mentioned in the Prospectus yourself
and pay the fee.
9. Now you will be directed to the Payment Gateway, Click OK

12. Click OK Button. You will be directed to upload Scanned PDF Certificates (Note: The size of
each PDF document should be less than 500 KB)
13. After uploading all the required certificates, Click on Print Application, You will get your filled in
application form, take printout of this form for further assistance.

Do's and Don'ts


Do not use mobiles and tablets to Apply. Use only computers
Do not select or enter false information which can be liable for Criminal Action.
Avoid using slow internet facility.
Keep your mobile with you while applying and do not block SMS.

How to Scan the certificates using CAM Scanner
If document scanners not available, then on special case we can also use the smart
phone as scanner and upload the documents.
There are 7 steps to scan the documents using Cam Scanner from mobile phone
1. Down load the Cam scanner in to your smart Phone through Play store.
2. Scan the documents and save.
3. Rename the document i.e. the file name should not contain blanks or special
characters.
4. Convert to pdf format
5. Share / send the pdf document to your email
6. Down load the document from email into your PC or Desktop or Laptop.
7. Upload the files as described

format and upload to email.
6. MERIT LISTS:
THE FINAL MERIT POSITION OF THE CANDIDATES WHO HAVE APPLIED
ONLINE IN RESPONSE TO THE NOTIFICATION ISSUED BY KNR
UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES FOR COMPETENT AUTHORITY QUOTA
SEATS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY NEET-PG-2020 RANK AND AS PER THEIR
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA, APPLICABLE REGULATIONS, GUIDELINES AND
RESERVATION POLICIES VIZ:

6.1 As per PG Medical Regulations of Medical Council of India, the candidates shall
secure minimum of 50 Percentile for general category , 40 Percentile for
SC/ST/BC category and 45 percentile for persons with disabilities (under
general category) in NEET PG – 2020 as per the cutoff scores to be eligible for
admission.

6.2 The University will release final merit list of eligible candidates for exercising web
options after verification of uploaded original certificates by the University and
officials of concerned departments.

COURSES WILL BE AS NOTIFIED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA
8. ADMISSION RULES:

8.1 The letter of allotment for admission of selected candidate will have to be
downloaded online from website after payment of University fee by payment
gateway.

8.2 All the candidates including in service candidates joining the Post Graduate
degree, diploma courses shall execute bond on a stamped paper of Rs. 100/- as
prescribed in Annexure-II to the effect that he / she will complete the prescribed
period of training or in default to pay Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to
the University and shall refund the amount received as stipend upto that date to
the Government.

8.2.1 Bond for service after completion of degree : Candidate shall submit a
bond for serving the State of Telangana as per existing Government
Regulations at the time of admission.
8.3 The original certificates submitted by the candidates at the allotted college shall not
be returned until they complete their courses of study, subject to sub-regulation 8.2
and 8.2.1 above.

8.4 Attendance: Candidates selected for the various courses should be whole time
resident students. Candidates have to compulsorily stay in hostels, wherever
provided by college management. In service candidates will have to apply for
leave to pursue their studies and are required to produce the leave sanction order
from the Competent Authority not later than three months after joining the
course. The candidate is required to put in a minimum of 80% attendance during
each “Academic Term of 6 months” in terms of Gazette Notification dated
05.04.2018 of Medical Council of India for being eligible to appear for the
examination.

In a year all 365 days will be considered as working days and students should
get 80% attendance each academic term of six months separately to get eligibility
for appearing for University exams. The remaining days of absence (including
maternity leave) will be considered for extension.

8.5.1 Leave: Students will be permitted to avail 30 days leave per year. Post Graduates
are not allowed to go on leave for more than 10 days continuously. In case of
medical leave / maternity leave / any other leave or unauthorized absence
beyond 30 days in a year, the study period of the candidate will be extended to
the extent of such period. No other leave is permitted.
8.5.2 Maternity Leave: Women students can avail maternity leave upto 180 days
only once in their PG course of study and the study period will be extended to
the extent of Maternity leave availed. The candidate shall not be eligible to appear
in the University examinations till the completion of study period as per MCI
Regulations (Duration of course).

8.6 Break of study and re-admission: If a student is absent continuously for a


period of 91 days or more but less than one year , the student can seek permission
for re admission into the course. Candidate has to apply in prescribed format vide
annexure VI & VII by paying requisite fee in favour of Registrar, KNR
University of Health Sciences payable at Warangal and forwarded with the
recommendation by the Principal to the Registrar, KNR University of Health
Sciences. Candidates are informed that discontinuation of the course for more than
one year will lead to cancellation of seat and re admission into the course is not
permitted. Proforma for re-admission after break of study along with application
format and fee payable is appended.

8.7 Private Practice: Post Graduates are not allowed for private practice or
consultation and shall not accept any part time employment in any State or Central
or Quasi Government or Private organizations during the period of Post Graduation
study. The Principal has to take appropriate action after giving opportunity for
explanation, if any student violates this rule.

8.8 College Regulations: Candidates are required to follow the rules and regulations
of the college and shall also abide by the regulations of the University. Candidates
are informed that their correspondence with the university shall be forwarded by
the Principal of college with his remarks. (through proper channel) for
consideration.

9. CLOSURE OF ADMISSIONS:

9.1 The admissions shall be closed on the date notified by the University as per MCI
Regulations.

9.2 Any vacancy after the date of closure of admissions shall not be filled. They will
not be carried forward to the next year as per the directions of Supreme Court of `
India.

10. COMMENCEMENT OF THE COURSE: The course shall commence as per


the schedule notified by Medical Council of India.
11. DURATION OF COURSE:

11.1 The duration of P.G. Diploma courses is 2 years and P.G. Degree courses is 3
years, In the case of students having a recognized two year Post Graduate
Diploma course in the same subject, the duration of Degree course shall be two
years.

11.2 Dissertation:

The Post Graduates must register the topic of their dissertation with the University
after admission within six months of commencement of the course and approval of the
University should be obtained. The dissertation shall be submitted within 2 ½ years of
commencement of the Course. In the case of the candidates granted exemption of one
year of study period of degree course ( candidates passed diploma of the same subject),
the dissertation shall be submitted within 1 ½ years of commencement of the course. If the
above schedule is not followed, the period of Post Graduation will be extended by six
months.

11.3 A student of a postgraduate degree course in broad specialties shall present one poster
and present one paper at a National / State conference. Candidate has to present one
research paper which should be published / accepted for publication /submitted for
publication during the period of his / her postgraduate studies so as to make him / her
eligible to appear at the postgraduate degree examination.

11.4 A Candidate registered for MD/MS Degree Examinations shall pass the f i n a l
examinations within 3 years after completion of the course and the candidates
registered for P.G. Diploma courses should clear the examination within 2 (two) years
after completion of the course. If he / she does not pass the examination within the
period specified above, he / she shall not be permitted to appear for examinations
thereafter.

12. MIGRATION AND TRANSFER OF CANDIDATES:


Migration / Transfer / Mutual transfer of Post Graduate students from one Medical
college to another Medical College, from one course to another course and from Degree
to Diploma and vice versa is not permitted under any circumstances.

13. POWERS OF PRINCIPALS:


Not withstanding anything contained in these regulations, the Principals of Medical
Colleges in the State may at any time before completion of the post graduate course can
order for cancellation post graduate admission for valid reasons. On the complaint by
any person or on their own principal can issue show cause notice to the candidate after
due and proper enquiry permitting two weeks time from the date of the receipt of the
show cause notice to submit written explanation and personal hearing. Principal can
order cancellation of admission to postgraduate degree/diploma course in case of false
documents submitted or false Statements made either before the authority in charge of
admission or to the Principals or in any other serious issue. Against any such order of
the Principal, an appeal shall lie with the Registrar, KNR University of Health Sciences,
T.S.. Warangal .

14. All the PG Medical students for both Degree and Diploma shall submit a bond to serve
the Government of Telangana after completion of course as per Government
Regulations at the time of admission.

15. Any candidate who appears for verification of Original Certificates and exercises web
options for web based counseling is deemed to have read the Prospectus and shall
abide by all conditions and clauses of the Prospectus.
