System Requirements

Check that the following hardware and software requirements are fulfilled before you start the
Installation:

Hardware Requirements (Minimum):


 Pentium III 3 GHz CPU
AMD 3GHz CPU
 4 GB RAM
 Disk space = depends on library choice during installation
 Monitor 1024 x 768, 64k colors

Hardware Requirements (Recommended):


 Pentium IV 3GHz CPU
AMD 3 GHz CPU
Pentium Mobile 2 GHz CPU
 4 GB RAM
 Disk space full installation of DTM library setup = 12 GB
 Monitor 1024 x 768, 64k colors

Software Requirements:
 Microsoft .NET Version 3.5 SP1
 PDF Reader
 Microsoft Windows 7 Professional SP1 (x32 + x64)
 Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (x32 + x64)
 Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 (x32 + x64)
 Microsoft Windows 8.1 Professional (x32 + x64)
 Microsoft Windows 8.1 Enterprise (x32 + x64)
 Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 (x32 + x64)

The FieldCare Package is not released for other OS languages.

3rdParty components

The FieldCare Package contains 3rd party components as DTM from Schneider Electric, Pepperl &
Fuchs, Softing. Endress+Hauser is not responsible for any damages that are caused by defects in those
components.

Furthermore the license agreements contained in the documentation Eula3rdParty_DE/EN.txt provided


by the specific 3rd party vendor shall apply.

Supported User interface languages in the components setups


The setup languages are restricted to english (default) or optional to german.

Data Execution Prevention (DEP)

The FieldCare Package does actually not support PC having Microsoft Data Execution prevention (DEP)
activated.
