Stephanie Razuri has outlined her short and long term goals. Her goals for the next 6 months are to pass the NCLEX, work as a pediatric RN, enroll in an MSN program, and move to a new apartment. She plans to study using UWorld, Saunders, and ATI to pass the NCLEX. Her goals for the next 3 years are to graduate with her BSN, complete a masters program, and run a marathon. Her long term goal is to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a family of 4 while being well traveled.

What are your goals for the next 6 months?


- Study for the NCLEX
- Hopefully, once I pass the NCLEX I can start working as a Pediatric
RN
- I plan to be in the MDC BSN program
- Live in a different apartment by myself

How do you plan to achieve your goals for the next 6 months?
- I’m going to be using U world to study, Saunders book, and ATI
products. I’m planning to have a strict study schedule since I’m
going to be working a lot once I graduate
- I’m going to apply at every hospital and Hopefully the hiring
manager can see the knowledge/experience I have with youth
- I applied for the fall semester
- I’m going to be saving up
