SCHOOL BURSARY APPLICATION FORM

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS FORM?

To assist in selecting candidates for Secondary School - Form I bursary. This form will be used
to identify the students to be sponsored.
Since all applicants cannot be interviewed, you need to fill in this form completely and
accurately. This will help to process you’re your application fairly.

WHO SHOULD COMPLETE THIS FORM?


Only candidates wishing to apply for a bursary on the following condition.

 Must Have 300 marks out of the possible 500 and above.
 Must be from needy family.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED

 Cover letter stating why you should be considered for a bursary


 Proof of provisional admission (where applicable)
 Proof of parent’s income statement/salary advice
