Please include the following missing information providing a complete and comprehensive method statement document: • Safety measures (HSE requirements); • Risk Assessments; • Personnel requirements (involved responsible personnel related to the specified works); • Preparations and preconditions (e.g. availability of all required documents such as client approvals and work permits, finally approved documents for construction, availability of land/area for execution, etc.); • Tools and equipments.
Note: The above comments and/or approvals do not relieve the Contractor from his obligation in the Contract to ensure conformance to the specifications. Any specifications deviations found subsequent to approval are to be corrected by the Contractor to the satisfaction of the OWNER/ENGINEER.
