CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY FOR FIRST CLASS/SECOND CLASS ENGINE DRIVER/MASTER (INLAND).
Electrician
E-Mail 1. Age Age-limit in all cases will be 18-40 years unless otherwise mentioned.
2. Medical Status Fitness including Eye Sight and Hearing. Electrical Engineer
Verification 3. Nationality Must be a Citizen of Pakistan
Certificates as per STCW 1995
Fee Schedule (i) Personal Safety and Social Responsibility. Diesel
4. Safety Courses (ii) Survival at Sea.
Examination (iii) Fire Fighting and
(iv) First Aid.
Harbour Craft 5. Minimum Secondary School Certificate/Equivalent.
6. First Class Certificate as Engine Driver/Master Inland.
Vessels OR
Registration 2nd Class Engine Driver/Master certificate with 2-years service as Engine Driver/Master on board marine crafts.
Original Certificates with photocopy of each along with application addressed to Principal Officer, Mercantile Marine Department Karachi shall

- Oral Examination conducted by the Examiners in first week of every month.
Forms - Prescribed fee Rs. 700/- for examination and issuance of suitability certificate shall be payable by the candidate.
