ABSTRACT
Business always starts and prospers with consumers and hence the costumers must be treated as the ruler
of the market. All the business organization profit, image, enhancement, and status etc. depends on customers.
Hence it is important for all organizations to meet all the customers’ expectations and identify that they are
satisfied customer because one satisfied customer brings ten new customers in to your organization. In the world
there is an ample number of brands in smart phones, every brand has a unique identity in the market. Samsung
smart phone is one of the leading and most precocious smart phone in the world. The usage of Samsung
smartphones users in the world has grown rapid in last four years. The main objective of this study is to expand
understanding of the factors influencing on customer satisfaction to words Samsung smart phones. The several
factors are discussed in this paper to reach customers’ expectations and how the customers are to become
satisfied customers.
