Parramatta Light Rail

This document provides a summary of research conducted on community attitudes toward the Parramatta Light Rail project. The research was conducted in two stages: 1. An online survey of 1,000 residents in local government areas along the light rail route. 2. Focus groups with residents in nearby suburbs to understand perceptions in more depth. The research found high levels of support for improved public transport but also concerns about construction impacts. It also assessed awareness and understanding of project benefits as well as predicted usage of the light rail once completed.
