Activity 17

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about your STF Study Tours program which is not
relevant to the brochure I have got.

First of all, I am disappointed that we have to stay in cheap guest house even
though the brochure mentioned that students will be accommodated with carefully
selected families. Secondly, I believe that the brochure said about full day study
program but in reality, the class only last for four hours, which is from 10 to 12
P.M. Thirdly, most of students were from my country which is not as I expected
in multilingual classes. Then, I thought that we would have weekend excursions.
Unfortunately, three excursions were canceled. And the worst of all the sport
programme was not as I imagined because it only had football and tennis matches.

I look forward to your reply,

Yours faithfully,

Muhammad Naufal Ar-Rafi
