DAIRY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

1.0 Introduction:

The main objective is define to mobile management system for sales and purchase of
mobile where the detail of purchasing of mobiles of different models at each price where
its stored in which price the mobiles are sold to the customer, both us detailed are stored
query for any mobile handset. I include to small application there are notepad and
calculator which is commonly used during the sales or purchasing.
In start I introduce start from request for the menu which holds several options for the
sales for the purchasing are available. These is the starting from all other forms are
connected to it simple by connection .
During purchaising, I request for the model-id and its image foe recognized. These for
accept mobile-id and its image to store and using the form it have to find the same
mobile-id is exist or not exist then you can modify or complaint about it.

1.1Problem Statements:
It does not provide data facilities as well as data availability on finger trip in consistency was the
major problem in the existing system as there is know proper facility was provided to update the
data in case user wants to fond the details of particular mobiles whole database record are display
stable database and transaction make the mobile shop management system more secure it will
automatically generate bills when the customer buy mobile. The bill history can be retrieved
properly. All the stored data can be printed or viewed in form of various reports.

2.0 Aim of the Micro project

This project aims at:

1. To Study And analyze the Application.

2. To write a problem statement of application.

3. To choose the relevant Process model.

4. To Draw a data designs diagrams.

5. To calculate the cost of the project.

4.1 Team management work-:

Leadership
Our team cohesion amongst team leaders and decision makers . Cohesive leadership means team
leaders are acting together as a unit and making decisions as a leadership team instead of each
branching off into their own work and operating individually. This will ensure the team will be
steered in one direction instead of multiple due to team leaders not being concise and consistent
with their instructions. leadership will require team leaders to have strong communication skills.

Common goal
When team members first come together they will all have different ideas, however the key to a
successful team is the alignment of objectives within the team. It is essential that the team leader
sets a common goal the entire team is willing to pursue. This way, and team members will put in
effort in order to attain the goal.

6.0Advantages-:
1. It is iterative in nature iteration are done till student satisfaction.

2. It eliminates paper –based processes and reduces operation costs and saves time of the library
management .So, library will become free of number of registers and files.

3.The paper based process might incur data loss, however in case of library management
system; it is much secure and reliable.

7.0 Limitations-:
1. The existing system is not very effective and was highly on consuming
2. the current system works manually
3. consumes large volume of paper work
4. it does not provide better data facilities as well as data availability of finger trip
5. The rate at which the work done is very slow due to non utilization of
computerized system
6. The existing system was some what paper based(Paper work)

Existing System-
Existing System The subsisting system was not very efficacious & was highly time consuming.
The current system works manually. The subsisting system was scarcely paper-predicated
(paperwork) was the major quandary in the subsisting system as there is no felicitous facility
was provided to update the data. In case utilize wants to ascertain details of particular Mobiles
whole database records are exhibited. Consumes astronomically immense volume of paper
work In the present system the report generation becomes very arduous. Sizably voluminous
storage space is required to keep to the files and register in congruous coordination’s.

Proposed System-
This system computerizes all data is storing all data of the Mobiles Sales, Customer Details,
Employee Details along with Salary. Validation at the time of entering data, so no chance of
duplication of data. Extensive Validation on input record so that no mutable record are Prone to
error. Replication time for the query should be minimized. To keep data base au courant by
conventional updating. Reduce the cost of maintaining system. To provide sundry report facility.
Cost efficacious and less manpower required

5.0 Project Content-:

Mobile shop Management System project with billing inventory system is a software application
designed to manage sundry types of works included in showrooms like billing, sales, report
generation, updating stock details, purchase records for monthly, weekly and yearly .In present
trend most of the showrooms like cloth stores, mobile stores, and music stores are utilizing software
applications for managing daily activities to reduce manual work and amend standards for data
management. In this project we designed software application for mobile show rooms for handling
customers purchase details, bill generation for every purchase, maxima transaction details, updating
latest stock details to database, and analyzing monthly reports. This software can be utilized in any
music, mobile stores, predicated on show room requisites users can integrate more modul

7.0Skill Developed/Learning out this Micro project :

1) We learn from this micro project how to integrate with group members.
2) we can learn the all diagrams e.g activity diagram, use case diagram, E-R diagram, data floe diagram.
3) To study the code of store management system.
4) We also learn how work as a team.

Advantages-:

Mobile shop Management System “has been developed efficaciously in such a way that it meets all
the criteria that are expected by the utilize and in further, if any further enhancements are required
by the utilize, it can done with minimal coding. We accumulated all the requisites by studying the
subsisting system we have analyzed the system in terms of the task it is performing and the types of
users utilizing the system and quandaries that to be overcome in the proposed system. All the
requisites that are amassed in Analysis phase are given a rudimentary structure by following the
Design principles in the Design phase and data from the analysis stage is converted in to design in
the form of inter.
