    Greetings of Yuletide Season!

    The Nursing Service joins the sentiments of our Floor 2B Staff Nurse- KENNETH
    (don’t know the complete name) for the sad demise of his only child last December 18,
    2019. This is an untoward event that really disheartened our colleague and we intend to
    show our empathy and heartfelt support as the bereaved family is going through this
    very difficult time. The day of interment is scheduled come this December 23, 2019
    around (write the time) at (state what place).
    On this regard, we would like to extend our sincerest request in your noble office
    to grant us the use of any vehicle that will be utilized as a service to those available
    personnel who will be showing their sympathy and deep condolences during the
    interment rites of that day.
    We are looking forward for your positive response on this humble request.
    Should you need any clarification on this matter, we are more than willing to address
    your queries.
