First of all what has to be clear is that as human being, people negotiate everyday in very
particular ways, based in the context of the business world people act on their own benefit
even if they are part of a team, people most of the time trust in the intentions of others but the
real thing as the show showed is that when they want to achieve something, there will be
some of them who won’t be afraid to trample anyone to get what they really want; On the
other hand, it is clear that those with the best skills jump in and take advantage of them
because the world is about moments, and opportunities escape in matters of moments if you
don’t take them in the properly time someone else will, and another thing is that people have
to take control of their emotions at moments of pressure or difficult times, if don’t it will be a
big trouble, and maybe the team or the company can lost it all.

At the same time the show also teaches that the main key to a good preparation as a team is
communication, if there is a lack of communication it will be impossible to clarify the
objectives and of course another more important part is that there must be a leader if they
want to achieve the desired goal, it could be seen that without a leader who supports or leads
the achievement of objectives, the team will be lost, won’t be focus and will lose a lot of time
finding what role do each of them have to represent, so that's why delegation is very
important in business. Another key thing to remember is one of the strategies that could be
seen ‘‘Looking for an expert’’, It was a good way to convince people to buy and, to trust in
their idea, it is also the best way to leverage a business with the expert’s knowledge to be able
to go far, and of course with a good sales skills and persuasion to sell your idea can help you
a lot, based on that there is another of the strategies regarding to sales, the bargaining,which
is basically fighting for the best price in order to make a deal where each part get benefited.

Moreover another aspect that is considered important is of course the location of the business
if there is not a good location, no matter how good your business model is, it will be difficult
to accomplish your goal if you really want to have good margins with the idea but have a hide
location, also by using approaching techniques to advertise the products can be a good
strategy to get involved with the people around. Based of the last thing, one of the best
trading strategies was the famous ‘’pile it high, sell it cheap’’, to put it another way is when
you sell a product at a low price allows getting a large volumes of the product being sold, that
was one of the strategies they implemented and actually was profitable.

All things considered before, in business most of the time there will be a clear win to win
strategy with the customers when the sides of the negotiation are trying to make a deal to sell
a product, but something that most of the people have to take in a count is that also there is a
win to lose when people are trying to save their own skins, which is interesting because as it
was mentioned at the beginning, at the end of the day we are always trying to negotiate just
because our own benefit, that is part of our main needs as human being, demonstrate to
society that we can get the best, that’s the reason why most of the teams fail because of
selfish benefit, but those who learn how to handle the personal interest and can actually
contribute in another people’s lives handling their emotions, having great selling skills and
being great leaders those are the ones who got the best chances to win in business and in this
game called life.
