A customer name Radha purchases brand new car Renault Duster from your dealership and after 1
month comes for periodic 1st service. After completion of service work she comes at 6:00PM in
evening to receive the vehicle. She founds that some problem is not resolved and is dissatisfied with
the washing of the car. She orders getting the work done which will take approx 1:30 hrs to get the
whole work done. Service center is to get closed by 7:00PM. She comes to you and complains, as a
responsible employee write down the step by step procedure you will perform to get her complaint
resolved. Also summarize the situation in your words.
