Hi,

This is regarding ECS charges debited on my account 31990249447 of Rs. 295 * 3 on 21st July 2019.

I believe the charges are related to three ECS requests triggered by scripbox on 1st June 2017.

I have found the account had sufficient balance for the instructions to be debited and failed. The reason
for failure mentioned is insufficient balance which is not true as can be seen from the account statement
attached.

Kindly reverse the amount of Rs. 295 * 3 = Rs. 885 immediately.

The charges are related to three ECS requests triggered by scripbox on 1st June 2017.
