    Dear Sir,
    As you are aware that Bangladesh-India Friendship Power Company (Pvt.) Ltd. “BIFPCL”-(A Joint
    Venture of Bangladesh Power Development Board and NTPC Ltd.) is implementing 2x660 MW Maitree
    Super Thermal Power Project at Rampal, Bagerhat. This project has been identified as a “Fast Track’’
    project and is being monitored by PMO, Bangladesh. We are also putting all out efforts in its
    implementation.

    Mr Rajnish Bhagat and Mr Animesh Jain from NTPC Ltd, India is required to visit BIFPCL, Dhaka on
    06th Sept 2018 and time to time attend the meeting and project related discussion of BIFPCL for smooth
    execution of 2X660MW Maitree Super Thermal Power Project (2x660MW MSTPP), Rampal, Bagerhat,
    after joining at BIFPCL, Dhaka.

    In view of the above, we, therefore, request you to kindly issue an “E” visa in favor of following expatriate
    for a period of one (1) year. Passport details of expatriate are as given below:
